GO Outdoors - Doncaster Avis 

Faith was the first one on scene when we went into store she obviously realised my husband had health issues (he has both vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s and can be difficult). We wanted a smallish table for our motorhome and she sorted that out with Help from the manager Chris who opened one up for us( there wasn’t 1 on display). Faith then help me sort out a pair off walking sandals for my husband she was extremely patient with us and really helpful, amazing really.
At check out she arranged for Fay to open up another till to save us waiting as my husband was getting a bit stressed Fay was amazing too very patient with us.
All in all what could have been a really stressful time for us was a really enjoyable experience and we actually came out with everything we needed plus a couple of extra items.

Very helpful staff. Fay was very friendly and very helpful.

Me and my friend came in to the store in Doncaster and required assistance with purchasing a new sleeping mat and sleeping bag. The items I was interested in were the display ones and Paige kindly helped us with packing them in. She was very well mannered and professional and took them straight to the til for us when we were finished shopping.

My order was delivered exactly what wanted even when I wasn’t sure I’d ordered was correct I contacted the online help and was contacted quickly reassuring e it anything was not correct they would help me sort any issues and my in store collection was simple an straightforward

Dress was good quality, but too big. Will be taking it back to nearest outlet.

Visited today as it was my sons birthday and he wanted to update his fishing gear with his money. As well as value for money the staff were amazing and very helpful.

Fay was really helpful and I had a good laugh with the supervisor because I was waiting for the shop to open and I needed some shorts for my holidays.

The service I recieved from the young gentleman that helped me decide which tent to buy at GO Outdoors Doncaster was excellent. I needed a reasonably priced tent for myself and my dog and the gentleman provided brilliant customer service and we have enjoyed using our tent this summer.

My favourite Go Outdoors store, visited today with my dog who was looked after very well. We were served by Fay who was very friendly and helpful, making sure we didn’t miss out on the BOGOF offer. She also fed the dog a treat so he is looking forward to returning already! I bought everything I needed and with the membership card saved a lot.

Emilia served us today. She was friendly and demonstrated that our discount card had just expired, contra to our belief that it was still valid.

Emma was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Would recommend this store, they always go the extra mile to give 100% service to all.

Service was amazing, lovely man named Colin helped us out and I definitely recommend you ask for him. Very informative and helpful, you can tell they know and love what they’re talking about. Overall, really good experience. God bless the staff.

got exactly what i wanted the young lad who helped me was brilliant i was out of breath when i got there and he asked if i wanted a chair but there was a fishing chair near by so sat on that for a while the lad was called cameron
