Amazon and Peru...
We were looking for some proper footwear for Peru and the Amazon. We met a lovely young man (Liam) Could not do enough to help in anyway he could. Very polite and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to talk to. I wish all retail staff were like this. A credit to Go Outdoors.

Absolutely wonderful
An absolute pleasure, once again, to visit the store in Farnborough, our "go to" store for many years.
Tracey is a well known face for regular local customers and she always makes us feel welcomed with great advice, knowledge, patience and professionalism.
Tracey and Jack, in our last visit to the store in July, made it very easy for us to change a quick browsing experience into a full-on shopping day from the store.
The advice and customer service we have received from the staff at this store for years are second to none.
A real pleasure to be a regular customer.
Just what we need in Farnborough town centre.
We would never go out of our way to visit a store in another town, requiring a car trip and specific planning for it.
Please, let us keep our Farnborough store.
