GO Outdoors - Grimsby (Express) Avis 

The store was immaculate. Everything was in its proper place and care and attention was given to the layout and how every item was folded or hung. The staff where friendly and incredibly helpful. I've only been to the store twice so far this last two weeks but the staff where incredible both times, this last time they remembered me and asked how I was getting on with my boots and asked if I'd taken any new pictures as they had shared an interest in wildlife photography and one lady even gave me some tips as to a few kingfishers she knew was living nearby. This last time I wasn't overly well and one of the staff even offered me some water if I needed it. I've not received customer service like what was provided a grimsby go outdoors anywhere else and shopping there will be something I do very regularly now due to both the amazing staff and the amazing deals and gear on offer.

The staff were excellent but when I put the jacket on to go out I noticed that it fastened on the mens side not the woman's when I went back to the store and asked about this the lady said it was because they made it this way so you could put a fleece inside. I'm very annoyed about this the jacket cost me £165.00 and should be made the right side .

Heather, helpful as always, I'm disabled and the shop is tiny but they always help out and help me get around the store in my chair, move things and are always helpful.

A pleasant place to shop with attentive and helpful staff. Heather the manager is always available to assist and care for her customers nothing is too much trouble. On a recent visit she was very helpful in suggesting a pair of comfortable walking trousers that fit me perfectly, which I have been struggling to find for a while. I would highly recommend this shop for all outdoor products at reasonable prices.

Excellent service from Heather and Faye this morning. Great selection of merchandise. I went in for one new T shirt and left with four. I will definitely be back.

Good service and very helpful when buying my first pair of walking shoes

The staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you without rushing or pressure to you. They all wear the gear and spend time outdoors.
Absolutely wonderful

Popped in to look at some walking boots and was approached by staff member Faye. She was very pleasant and not pushy at all, I asked for a size in the boot I wanted to try on and she had them out to me within seconds. She asked me to walk around the store and watched how I walked to ensure they were the correct size and fitted well. Faye was extremely helpful and provided some useful information to ensure they are bedded in properly.
Lovely staff throughout the store and all of them spoke as soon as you entered the store.

Went into the Grimsby store today to look at the walking shoes. The staff were all very friendly and one staff member called Faye helped me with picking a pair of walking boots for my daughter, she was very knowledgeable and was able to advise which one out of two pairs may be the better option.

Had a lovely shopping experience and would definitely go back again

I was looking for a rucksack today, but needed some help to get the right one. Without needing to ask, a member of staff called Faye approached me to see if I needed any assistance which I did. Faye was extremely helpful and after trying a few I found the perfect one. I am really pleased with my purchase and found the whole experience enjoyable which you can’t often say. I have been in this store a few times in the last couple of months and have always been impressed by the standard of service, the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff.
