Incredible service
I had a fantastic experience at Go Outdoors. I went in to buy a tent and ended up getting everything I needed for my trip. The staff were brilliant – really knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They gave me great recommendations and helpful advice that made the whole process stress-free. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I left feeling confident with my purchases. Couldn’t have asked for better – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have bought a number of things over the last couple of weeks and everything that I have purchased has been the write things. The gentleman and lady that has helped me were extremely helpful as there was one instance that I couldn’t reach the top shelf and the gentleman did it for me.

They honoured my 2nd refund in the last 6months
Purchased a pair of PeterStorm walking shoes, both instances the sole had become detached from the main body of the shoe, I replaced them with a pair of Merrell.

The member of staff who served me was very rude and annoyed like it was my fault the the tent a fault will not useing this store again I will travel 10 miles to Huddersfield instead very rude

My visit
Steve and Jake were very helpful throughout my visit. Advice was offered on the different types of hiking shoes and their features were explained which helped me with my choice. A very pleasant shopping experience.

The guys were so helpful and knowledgeable , it was a real pleasure to shop in this well stocked smaller store. Prefer to return here than go to one of the bigger shops purely because of the excellent customer service.
