Great staff at Halifax.
I ordered the item and it was in stock at Halifax. They had a bit of trouble finding it ,as I told them id ordered it and really it was a click and collect. This gave me time to browse. I found another jacket in the sale and purchased that as well. The staff were helpful with sizing on that brand as I haven't had that brand before.

Trying to find the right gear
I was looking for a waterproof jacket and trousers today, plus a back pack. I received excellent help with all of these items and advise on which and what type to purchase. For the back pack both people in store advised me on one of the cheaper back packs ...£11..which I was pleasantly surprised by. They could have easily led me to a more expensive bag...but didn't.
They left me to make my choice and didn't hassle me or make me feel uncomfortable. They were both very friendly and professional.

Great staff
I recently joined a walking group and needed some decent footwear. I called into the store for a look round and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They told me about the membership scheme and I joined. So glad I did, the savings are a bonus.

Very helpful staff!
Jake was very very helpful in store when I was choosing my new walking shoes, and was giving tips on how to lace my boots to stop them rubbing. Excellent service, will be back!

Good customer service
I visited go outdoors today and made a couple of purchases, they was a good quality items and the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful imparticular nicola who couldn't help me enough Definitely will go again .
