GO Outdoors - Hull Avis 

The customer service guy on the other end of the phone was very lovely and helpful In getting me a refund for an order that didn't arrive on time for me. He made my experience very easy and stress free and put me at ease considering I was very nervous and stressed about calling about the situation. He is a real asset to your company.

Was served today by Sally, an absolute breath of fresh air, sorted me out with some maggots for fishing and we were exchanging stories about how she used to go fishing herself in times past!
Really nice for a member of staff at any shop to have time to chat to the customer!
Brightened up my day.

Thank you so much Jack! Sorted me out with a tent pole I was missing, he was able to find me the exact size pole I was missing from his spare parts box and gave it to me for free! Made my week, thanks again :)

Eve on the shoe section was really helpful and good customer service

Bought a tent & other camping items today. Couldn’t find the camping table that I wanted. Thanks to Carrie who found it for me - much appreciated.

We had Ryan serve us today, he was happy to have a chat while waiting till 10.30am to be served. He was delightful and and a good example of a approachable staff member.

Thanks to Alan who pointed us in the right direcrion and great service from Eve when trying out walking boots/shoes, great she used her own initiative and helped by suggesting what would work best for our needs and budget.
Ryan at tills was also a star.

I was super impressed by the staff, the young people who work at Go Outdoors were attentive and knowledgeable. I made massive savings by becoming a member for £5. Ray on the checkout was both cheery and kind and at the end of a long shift, that tells me that this company are doing something right.

If i could give 10 starts i would Lewis yesterday was amazing talking me though didnt rush or pressure me into anything just nice and slow honestly ive worked in customer service over 20yrs so my expectations are high and yes he met them all credit to your store

The staff was very helpful what we wanted was not on the shop floor so he went and got one from the back. We were served by Ryan who was very helpful and customer service was great. Overall a great experience will definitely go back.

Our helper today was Eve and she was so helpful and she made our experience at the store so enjoyable and carefree. She helped us so much with finding the right shoes and was really nice when we kept sending her back in to find the right size for us.

Went to try some shoes on and a staff member called Eve was an amazing help to us

Absolutely amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful, was nervous at first as I’m new to camping and hiking but they really did help. Katie was lovely helped me with a cooler, Alan was great and recommended so many types of shoes and stayed with me to try them on and help me out .. Leah on till had a lovely smile super friendly, did not try to upsell just gave personal recommendations and super helpful. Would recommend visiting this store :)

I got very good service when I was trying to find different camping equipment for an upcoming trip which! I would like to shout out Daniel who helped to show me a different approach when looking for inflatable beds as he found something which I didn’t even know was available which I will be buying later on when I’m ready to get everything I need for my trip.

Bought a pair of Berghaus Hillmaster II GTX walking boots in Go Outdoors, Clough Road in Hull earlier today helped by knowledgeable and very friendly polite staff (Katie for fitting and general advice and Ryan at Check Out). Pleasant shopping experience.
