GO Outdoors - Lancaster (Express) Avis 

I visited the Lancaster store today and was welcomed by Henry and Simon.
I needed to return an item which I'd bought in a different branch (which must be a bit annoying) and they were very helpful.
I then enquired about different product which they were also very pleased to help with. In my opinion both members of staff went above and beyond to provide great service and they made my shopping experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend the Lancaster branch of Go Outdoors to anyone looking for outdoor gear at competitive prices.

I went in to buy hiking boots for my next adventure and the staff gave great information on what boot and size I should get ended up with a nice pair of boots and good information

First of all can I say Lewis and Henry were working probably the hottest bank holiday of the year. They were in a good mood and helped me with my purchases would recommend class set of lads . So happy to have a go outdoors on my doorstep

Went to the Lancaster store to pick up my order and the gentleman who served us was polite and very helpful.

Helpful staff. Simon showed range of products and gave advice for repairing a tear in our tent. Also bought a camping chair.

Great advice from Simon. I needed a bit of advice about hiking poles, which ones best suit me as looking online has left me stuck between a few options. Simon was happy to offer advice and I now feel comfortable in making my decision.. will 100% be purchasing.

I was served today by Simon he was sooo helpful. He wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive walking shoes in the shop but the ones that were right for me. He measured my feet to fit me the correct size and nothing was to much trouble. Couldn't have asked for any more. His knowledge on the product's was second to none. He even carried my bag down the stairs for me as I had a kettle bell inside and it was heavy. Service throughout was spot on and I would highly recommend Go Outdoors to anyone,

needed some walking shoes and advice monday morning at 9 o clock was served by paul although he was on his own and busy opening up took the time to get me sorted brilliant service would highly recommend this shop
