Came in the store yesterday for help…
Came in the store yesterday for help with my ripped and broken tent, staff were really helpful in explaining what I need to fix the rip. Also advised about what pole they believed I would need to purchase to fix the lean on my tent. All were friendly and happy to have a conversation. Thank you Lewis, Simon and Chris.

Fantastic customer service!
Been in today and spoke to both Lewis and Simon. They were both really helpful and helped me choose the perfect jacket. Wish everywhere had customer service as good as this. You can really tell they care about what they do.

Super experience at this store
Super experience at this store. Simon was very knowledge about footwear/boots and got me sorted easily with a great pair of waking boots. Store is in great location and full of really good products at great prices.

Very helpful staff
Visited a few weeks ago to get some walking shoes ready for a backpacking trip. Simon was excellent offering advice on the best type of shoe to get and I left happy with my purchase having been well informed on the product. Both the staff here when we visited were very friendly and happy to help us even when we arrived shortly before closing. The shop is smaller but still has a good selection of equipment and this means you usually get better service!
