GO Outdoors - Lancaster (Express) Avis 

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful when shopping with my son. Chris went beyond my expectations and assisted me with making the right decision on my New tent and backpack. I really appreciated being treat well and provided with the assistance we needed. I don't often visit this Go outdoors, however because of the great interaction I will be sure to return again due to the service provided. Chris was patient, understanding and knowledgeable, we will visit this store again because of this.

Great honest advice about tents/sleeping bags etc. from Simon

A really great shopping experience Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came away with a bag full of hiking goodies but also had some sound advice for future purchases.

I went to buy walking boots and the range they had was great. Simon helped me to select them, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest asking me questions to find out what kind of walking I would be doing and found me the perfect pair. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely go back.

When I tried to purchase some gloves they come out at about £10 more expensive at the checkout than shown. The assistant said there are two prices have you got a go outdoors card, if not you can purchase one for five pounds, The verdict is by making me feel like a second class customer, I will never use your store again.

At the shop, Simon was really helpful. It's great to have someone who knows their stuff giving you advice. I wanted a pair of walking shoes rather than boots but my feet have a high arch. He instantly knew which shoes to try. Tried. Bought. Comfy. Wearing them now.

Went into the Lancaster store to try on another jacket as was unsure of the one I had bought in Ambleside. Both Isaac and Simon were so kind and helpful in assisting me with what to do.

I highly recommend this store as they were amazing. Very helpful indeed. I placed an order for a different jacket a size up and am awaiting its arrival. So 5 stars.

We visited the go outdoors in Lancaster today and usually find walking boot shopping overwhelming!
We were greeted by Simon who was patient and knowledgeable and helped us to find the perfect shoes even though we tried on lots of pairs he was fantastic- we will definitely come back for his excellent service.

Simon was extremely helpful in helping me find the right walking boots to suit my wide feet, he's an absolute credit to his workplace and should be commended for going above and beyond! Fantastic customer service!

I had called in to the shop, looking for a new waterproof jacket.
I could not make my mind up which one that I wanted.
Simon,the assistant asked if I needed any help.
I explained what I needed and he was very knowledgeable about the options.
He gave me help and advice about fabrics and layers.

Great service from Isaac, went in with an idea of what I was looking for but unfortunately they don’t stock it in an Express Store. But came out having placed an order for an absolute bargain on line for delivery to my home.

We didn’t know there was a Go Outdoors shop in Lancaster until we walked by and as we had shopped at another Go Outdoors shop in the past we popped in. We wanted jackets ready for the colder weather and found exactly what we were looking for in our size. With great help from Paul we also joined the club and got a great discount too. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you!
