GO Outdoors - Leeds Avis 

Apart from 2 x online refunds due to stock count not updating.
I went in store and had an amazing experience. I purchased everything I needed in store.

Im most likly not going to use the website in the future.

Amy was polite, friendly and very helpful sorting out a new card for me without me having to ask for one. Store was clean, tidy and well stocked.

Fabulous customer service, especially Amy on the checkout helped me massively in ordering online too. I will definitely return here for shopping.

We went into Go Outdoor Leeds for a pair of walking boots for my son. The sales assistant (Lewis) was extremely helpful and not only gave us advice on the best boots but also helped in securing a discount as my son is a student. Could not ask for better service - thank you Go Outdoors & Lewis

Spoke to a guy named Reed. He was super helpful when deciding what boots to buy, he gave lots of advice on what boots would be appropriate for my needs when it came to sizing and durability and gave his own opinion on what pair would be best suited. Very happy with the service and will be coming back again.

I needed specific help with walking boots and was fortunate to be served by Lewis. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I found the right pair of Merrells.

Had three wrong size birthday presents, bought in Sheffield store. Went to local branch Leeds, guy on till sends me to appropriate section, pre informs assistant who quickly finds appropriate size for all three. Back to till quickly sorted, service was EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks

Good variety of brands, sizes and prices. Only criticism is how the receipt breaks down the discount. We returned to the shop to ask for clarification on a deal which was showing a different percentage discount on every item on the receipt. They needn’t over complicate things.

We came back to Go Outdoors because I'd successfully bought a pair of walking boots last year, and now my husband needed a new pair. Lewis was so helpful, listening to my husband's concerns about how he was always apprehensive about purchasing any footwear because of arthritis, etc. Lewis explained the difference between walking shoes and walking boots, about the materials used in the construction and then suggested a make we'd not heard of before. Having marched the length of the shop and back, my husband declared that they fitted, gave great support and didn't rub the Achilles heel - an important condition of purchase. We bought them. He's never purchased footwear so quickly. All thanks to Lewis.
