Excellent store with great customer service. Josh was really helpful when I returned a faulty tent bought online before helping us choose a new one.

Dale was really helpful.. very knowledgeable as well.

Unfortunately, had to return a tent, but having previously emailed Go-Outdoors concerning the matter, Josh was able to provide a full refund immediately. He also arranged a replacement and took care of the whole transaction efficiently and effectively. Best customer service in a long time! Well done Josh 🤟🏾👏🏾🤣

We bought a cycle helmet, the gentleman in the cycle area was very helpful. While paying for that we asked if they stocked Kellys Kettles. Emily on the desk didn't know, but contacted someone who did. Turns out they don't stock them, but he went the extra mile to check.

I found everything I needed in store today and with my discount card I saved some money as well. I didn't need any help from the staff as I knew what I wanted to buy. At the checkout I was served by Emily who was very professional. Good customer service for me.

Excellent customer service from Ryan, helped us to choose the right tent and accessories. Also reminded us about the 120 minutes parking limit, which he sorted for us, it took a lot of deliberation to choose the tent!

Big thanks also to Paige, who checked us out at the tills. Answered some queries that we had and explained about the warranty on the items. Service with a smile, which is rare these days.

Attended the store to return an item and collect something ordered online.
No staff at the collection point, then had to wait for them to log on.
Upon returning the other item, there was very little explanation for what the process was. Poor engagement by the member of staff.

Josh was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. He was very honest and didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive cool box, so I really appreciate that. The store isn’t the easiest to navigate but staff are very keen to help xx

Go Outdoors in Loughborough were very helpful today & went the extra mile in assisting me, polite & well trained team & nothing was too much to ask for the young lady on the till (Lily) courteous & well mannered.

I was looking at footwear not knowing where to start.....I was approached by a very helpful cheerful assistant, who helped me select a pair of boots. The check out experience was easy and happy too. Many thanks Go Outdoors.

Dave in Loughborough store could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were looking for internal windsceen covers and he came out to van with us to try for size before buying. Saved a lot of hassle buying and then returning as wrong size. Delighted with product and look forward to using them. We'll done Dave

The cropped trousers I wanted were not in stock at my local store so I did click and collect and it was an excellent experience throughout. I didn't have too long a wait until collection and it all went smoothly. Staff are always friendly and helpful at Go Outdoors. Products are good quality and value. That's why I buy most of my new clothes there now, including the nice shirt that I saw when collecting my trousers! Thank you.

I’ve been to this store a few times over the years, but it appears that there seems to be a lack of staff on the floor.

We went in there to get footwear for my son and finding a member of staff was a challenge with me marching around the store until I eventually found one.

Friendly staff who dealt very quickly with a return/swap. Great service. Good price for members too.
