I purchased my order on line
I purchased my order on line. I found the website hard to use as it kept charging full price for the garment and not recognising my membership number I have been a member for a couple of years now. In the end up I spoke to the staff team I Macclesfield and explained what had happened. They immediately sorted it out and arranged for a refund to the amount I would have expected to pay using my membership card. The staff were very helpful. As a regular shopper there They are always helpful professional and courteous at all times. A great service .
