Very helpful and friendly staff despite the hot weather, which did affect 'some' shoppers....

Shout out to Ian & Meg who fetched & carried over ten pair of boots / walking shoes whilst I completed a few laps of the store finally leaving with two pairs.

Customer service didn't stop there because Craig assisted me in price matching knocking a few quid off my bill too.

Great effort; thank you for your help on a hot day 😀

This particular branch was fantastic. Anything you need for your camping needs, you can find there. With a spectacular range of Tents, equipment, clothing and furniture. It is well worth buying the £5.00 membership to get exclusive discounts off your items. At this branch, the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I wanted to give a special mention to Dylan (One of the floor staff) and Deacon (On the Tills), for their exemplary service and their help with setting us up on said membership and for helping us find and veiw the products that we were looking for. Also earlier today we bought a new tent, Dylan was on that shift, we had trouble getting out with our trolley of goods since the lift was out of order. But Dylan and another one of his colleagues helped us to carry our items to our car. Dylan, Deacon and the other colleague are to be commended for their customer service. All in all, a fantastic camping shop.

Excellent customer service from Harry who guided me around the tent section giving brilliant service which resulted in my buying a tent sleeping bags and few other bits as a first time buyer! Lawrence on the tills was brilliant as well helping me sign up for my club member very friendly guy. As I went to the lift it was broken which wasn’t ideal and the store was hot as well which resulted in the lift being broken I believe. A man called Carl came over and helped me down the stairs with my products and loaded into my car all round customer service 100% and will be back for more products soon

Amina was very helpful in my search for more Cragghopper long-sleeved shirts. Her search of the storeroom failed to reveal further stock.
However full marks for trying.
The staff here are invariable very pleasant.

I wanted to get into fishing but wasn’t to sure what I needed and where to start. I approached a member of staff called Karl who was more than happy to help, he made me feel at ease going through what I needed without breaking the bank! Really top customer from Karl and really showed his knowledge thanks again mate!

Good visit to Go Outdoors Manchester. Paul was very helpful and served my husband well as he looked for sandals. Once chosen, Paul took the sandals to the checkout so that we didn’t have to carry them around. When I got to the checkout, Craig was ready with the sandals and the purchase was made quickly.
Both Paul and Craig were very friendly and they made this visit a delight.

I was helped by Dylan to get a complete fishing setup and he give me a lot time and he’s knowledgeable about every aspect thank you will shop with him again

I visited Go Outdoors looking for a tent and received absolutely excellent customer service from Jo. He went above and beyond to help me find the right tent, and nothing was too much trouble. Jo was very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. He even helped carry my purchase to the car, which was really appreciated. A real credit to the store — thank you Jo!

Visited the store today to browse for outdoor summer outfits. Wide choices of outdoor wears, nice collection. Got served very well by two enthusiastic staff members (Deacon and Leanne). Deacon provided with excellent customer service helping with getting membership card done. Thank you. 😊
