Michelle the lady in the shoe department was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great member of staff she fussed my dog Winnie and even brought her some biscuits as there weren't any left when entering the store. An excellent service all round, thanks Michelle keep up the great work.

Served by Tony. Not at all pushy, held back while I viewed the boots section until it looked like I needed help then offered very good advise. Guided me to a very nice pair of walking boots

I went in on Wednesday night to find some walking shoes, not only did I find some walking shoe’s but also penriths go outdoors treasure in a person called Michelle she was so helpful to me I can not express in words. She is such a credit to the company and I hope she gets the recognition from her bosses she deserves. I went in to buy a new electric bike spoke to Philip who was very knowledgeable he said he will check the bike over and phone me when ready which he did .
On arrival to collect the bike he went through the bike explaining how everything works also assisted with putting the bike in my car. He was amazing and highly recommend a promotion or big pay rise as he was truly wonderful.

I have a problem with my left ankle being week and have sprained it twice I saw a staff member called Michelle who listened and helped me choose the best boot for walking in with my dog and she could not have been more helpfull thank you.

Superb. Helpful, friendly and brimming with enthusiasm and useful advice. My wife commented that one shoe seemed to feel like the heel was a little loose and lifted when she walked, Michelle showed her a way of looping the lace to stop this, great advice.
