I loved the service
I loved the service, went in got some shoes the staff is amazing, I would definitely recommend go outdoors in Penrith they have everything for camping, going for a walk in mountains, and clothes which will keep you warm even in the coldest time of the year. Tony you are the goat

Comfy waterproof shoes, great service
I popped in to Penrith store today in the hope of finding some decent walking shoes with the perfect fit which is not an easy task. Store staff were incredibly helpful and helped me choose a pair of Merrell shoes with Goretex. They fit like slippers!
I especially recommend both Michelle and Tony for exceptional customer service and really taking time to listen to what I was looking for. Their help was invaluable and I can definitely recommend their services.
