Been shopping around for decent walking sandals - you go into this store and it is like a breath of fresh air. The choice is very good and the prices are sensible. Haleema was so patient and helpful. Certainly improved my day.

We received expert advice from Peter on footwear resulting in the purchase of an excellent pair of walking boots. His manner, knowledge and anecdotes were particularly brilliant and great to meet such a professional. In addition, Quin advised us on various camping stove options and went the “extra mile”in determining our specific need in relation to our caravan. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and had an encyclopaedic grasp of his products without being overwhelming or over-selling. Yet another true professional. Well done GO Outdoors Poole - your staff are excellent!

Saleswoman Haleeman was attentive, friendly and helpful and gave me good advice when I was buying walking boots.
Rebecca was also friendly and patient when serving me at the till.

Good selection of walking sandals, very helpful lady, bought sandals for a very reasonable price.

Whilst buying sandals in Go Outdoors, Poole branch yesterday I was impressed with the extensive range and competitive prices. The staff were most helpful in particular Haleema who I found very pleasant and attentive

I have given our visit on 12th and returning on the 13th of July, 5 stars. This is due to what we needed being in stock, but mainly to due to the helpfulness of the staff. Particularly the lady Rebecca on the till who served us. Nothing was too much and she went over and above trying to help us. Even directing us to the bus station and the buses as we were out of our area. Great store.

I love Go Outdoors Poole. They have a wonderful selection of everything you need for your outdoor life, and you get a discount card to get better prices.
The staff are very friendly, especially Haleema. I bought some boots for work and she was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat about walks, travel and trees and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable, even with my social anxieties. Thanks, Haleema.
Only one thing. I'd love to see some decent walking shoes in wide fit at store prices. I can try them on and get a good price. I understand the want may not be there though.

Rebecca in the shoes section of Poole Go Outdoors was extremely friendly and helpful, and after a lengthy trying-on of several pairs of walking shoes and sandals I happily made a couple of purchases, thanks in no small part to her assistance and patience. Go Outdoors staff members Rebecca and Peter were exceptionally polite and helpful and I would not hesitate to return to shop at this store. Superb customer service, could not be more satisfied.

I walked in, headed for the shoe section and was greeted by a lovely smile, later to find out it was Haleema. She was busy already, but still managed to advise me and serve me as well very graciously.

Today I came in looking for walking boots and socks, for a 8km walk across Dartmoor. I had no idea what I was looking for or what I needed but Haleema, was very attentive and knowledgable and patient with me. She helped me choose the ideal shoe for me (after trying on 4 pairs) nothing was too big of a problem and she was so helpful. Thank you Haleema :)

I was welcomed into the store by till staff who directed me to the sandals where i was served by Haleema who was helpful, lovely and smily and who helped me choose.
