Sue was very knowledgeable. Able to advise based on her own experiences. Sue also took the time to find an improved deal which meant I got 2items for the price of one by ordering the item on line rather than purchasing in the shop. A very satisfied and appreciative customer. Well done Sue 👏🏼

Fantastic experience at GO Outdoors Solihull today.
Great team lead by Reece the store manager helping me with a issue I had with my walking boots, the problem was sorted extremely quickly and with expert advice, I'm absolutely loving my new walking boots and will always use GO Outdoors Solihull in the future.

The ordering was easy to do, but when I visited the shop to collect, the assistant behind the counter was on the phone for a while. To be fair, he was probably working on his own but not a great start.
My car was parked about 10 minutes walk from the shop (there isn't any parking nearer to the shop) and the parcel came in a large padded paper bag which I had to try and stuff into another bag with handles to carry it back to the car. I was going to ask for a larger carrier bag but the shop assistant was quickly back on the phone again before I could ask.
To assist future customers it might help to have a carry handle on these parcels.

Served by Reece, Store Manager who was incredibly helpful and patient as I was choosing walking shoes, rucsac, shorts and a hat! Couldn't have picked a better store to go into and much better than buying online. Thanks Reece

Met an incredibly helpful member of staff called Sue at Solihull store today who helped me find everything I need for a safari trip. She was super knowledgeable and advised me very well. Very patient also, as I took ages!! Store had lots of choice despite not being one of the bigger stores. Definitely recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful, I am disabled and unable to go upstairs (there wasn’t a lift) to the department I needed so the lady staff member asked what I needed and went and bought several options down for me to try. I was then able to choose and purchase the items I needed.
