Where to start!!!!!!
Where to start! Ok so I have an oven. A hob and a washer dryer of theirs. All are 1 year old.
The hob has been changed 3 times. I'm on my 2nd washer dryer which has just broken again and I have been told it's the mother board AGAIN and my oven was very loud but they have since been out and fixed that.
Their customer service is awful. They use a firm for repairs that take ages to get parts. I have small children and we are coming up to week 3 of still waiting for a part.
I honestly would advise anyone to never EVER buy any of their appliances. It's been a nightmare. To the point now that next time any one of their appliances breaks down again I will just go out and buy another more reliable make.
Update - so a new washing machine is coming out to me next week BUT talk about make it complicated for me? So they using a company to drop off the new one. Then I have to ring gorenje to get another engineer around to plumb the new one in and take the old one away! Why can't this be done all at once??? No not gorenje. They think it's ok for the customer to have 2 washing machines in a small house with kids running around. Well at least Gorenje isn't inconvenienced. That would be awful!!!!

Be informed that the fault reported to yourselves that you chose to do absolutely nothing about despite the washing machine having 3 years remaining on its warranty, has been rectified by myself.

Bought their hob, hood and oven as they all came with a 5yr warranty. But after checking the paperwork that came with the appliances, it wasn't clear about the warranty. So I rang them (Gorenje that is, not the 3rd party providing their repairs) and they confirmed they all came with 5yr warranty. I asked them to confirm this via email and they did straight away. Now it terms of warranty, it turned out that the motor of the extractor hood had suffer some slight damage during transport, so I contacted via email and sent the pictures, while it was a bit slow they did respond and provided a replacement to the motor. No quibbles from them. So far quality seems good but only time will tell.

Terrible quality and appalling customer service
Bought a retro fridge, looked fine in pictures, it started falling apart within a few days. Customer service were rude and unhelpful and eventually decided it was not their problem. Avoid.
