Stay away!

Absolutely terrible service, I paid for my cover and it didn't arrive since 8 weeks. I've been onto them constantly and I've realized the customer service is an AI based system sending all these stupid emails. My delivery address is still incorrect on the system and they have put at least 3 separate orders on for me which haven't materialized. I have given up and bought another cover from Amazon. Horrible service.

bullshite company

bullshite company, sent incorrect items first of all offered full refund then offered to resend items with 3 days i would get tracking details. well well i did not get them back and forth with emails they said they would give store credit and if i logged in it would be there under account balance which nowhere on the website is account balance. been over 3 weeks with incorrect product and no resolution. going to have to take legal action to get money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Finally got my case after an eternity

Finally got my case after an eternity. And guess what? Not even the same case as shown on their website. Just a cheap knockoff from China you can buy from the markets and the one card wallet turned out a 4 card bulky one that the magnet barely sticks and covers up one of the cameras. Stay clear of this mob!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! BUYER BEWARE! Not only do they blatantly lie about shipping time but they also have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Shipment took way longer than promised. On top of that they sent the wrong product. I contacted customer service to attempt resolution but they refused to stand behind their product or mistake. Pics were sent along with description of the mistake but they completely stopped responding when I asked for a refund. I don't usually write reviews but felt this one was needed.

Oh if I could give a negative one. I WOULD. Do not buy. Products are joke. They advertise that they use gorilla glass. They DO NOT USE GORILLA GLASS. They use plastic. I lightly ran my finger nail across the plastic and it gouged it. Blatant false advertising. You cannot return anything that has been touched. If they were to accept a return there is a $20 restock fee. Then they give a store credit. Don't be duped like I was.

SCAM SCAM SCAM and DANGEROUS OWNER

Ordered a case for my new phone on 2/16/26. Tracking shows a USPS label was created on 2/17/26 but there has been ZERO movement on my order. Meanwhile, calls to their customer service are answered by a BOT and then informed they are having "network issues." Emails get a bounce back message encouraging to use their NEW CHAT FEATURE for a faster response. But there is never a response. Just another scam where I'll have to dispute with American Express and file a complaint with the BBB. Buyers Beware!!!
UPDATE:
After posting this review, I received over 15 disgusting and threatening emails sent in rapid fire succession by the owner, James Coleman. He referred to me as sweetheart and honey and many nasty diminutive terms unfit to print. He continued to email me for days threatening legal action and sent a bunch of bold-faced lies to the BBB in response to my complaint.

Purchased 2 cases

Purchased 2 cases. Neither was the correct color. Have sent multiple emails, following their very specific requirements for requesting a return, and have not received a response. This is the poorest customer services I have ever encountered. Their AI chat bot is super unhelpful, and the phone number provided went to voicemail.

Fraude en misleiding

Zonder het te vermelden op hun website zijn ze een dropshipping bedrijf . Ze verkopen hun producten als of ze van hun zelf zijn .maar het zijn producten die afkomstig zijn van Ali expres de Marche is extreem hoog. Een product wat je bij hun besteld kost 84 usd. En het exact het zelfde product bij Ali expres voor 16 usd. Inmiddels melding gemaakt bij diverse Amerikaanse instantie inzake fraude en misleiding. U bent gewaarschuwd.

At least I got a phone case....

So it seems like Redpepper cases (redpeppercases.com) is also a "front" for the store Gorilla cases.
I ordered a Samsung S20 Spigen case. This store was the only place I could find it. It took 2 weeks for them to ship to me after I emailed them about 3 times I got a response, but it was from Gorrila Cases. They said it would ship. And it did!
But when I opened it was a rip-off case. I emailed them back with no response.

Worst place to by a phone case.
Missing peice for samsung fold, was the front face cover. The case came in a plastic sleve that was white on one side grey on the other. You have know idea what they sent you till you open package. Find out that missing peices. Fill a claim and you open there nothing they can do. Do not buy from gorilla case all China, sell fraudulent products out of there sweat shop. No refund, no solving or problem. They never reply back, and you ship item to them as stated, it was open you want it back 10 more to ship and out you have to pay ship it to them to begin the process. If you get them finally say OK after spent money to ship it to them. They have a automatic $20 restocking fee and a service fee $10 . Its a ccp sweat shop fraudulent company.

Don’t buy from Gorilla Cases. Total scam

If anyone is thinking from buying anything from this vendor, save yourself the aggravation. I ordered an iphone case and received the wrong one. I reported the error 2 weeks ago, they responded saying they would send the correct one. After multiple email follow ups, no response. This is a scam.

Delivery definitely not product ordered. Won't reply to concerns at all. $85 phone case ordered and supplied with a rubbish cheap case and a screen protector for a different phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Advertised a Case for my new Samsung Z…

Advertised a Case for my new Samsung Z Flip 7, and received a case with 2 pcs? With top piece nothing but a flimsy plastic frame - that provided no protection other but the outer edge of the upper 2 screens, leaving the outer screen without any protection at all? Yet in the back of the lower portion of the case, there appeared to be a plexiglass piece built in, that protected the "back?" of the lower section of the phone?! On top of everything else, the top flimsy "edge cover" popped off of the phone, every time you opened and closed the flip phone? Customer service agreed by text that the phone cover made no sense at all? But refused to take the cover back due to no return policy. And when I asked him if I could use the $44.99 that I paid for the defective phone case towards anything else they sold, other than another phone case (which I had already found in the meantime through another importer - for $29.99 - that was a perfect fit & protected the hinge, outer screen and was one piece) - customer service went silent?! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GORILLA PHONE CASES!

If you are in the UK do not buy from this Company

1. Product quality (iPad case) is poor. Cheap and tacky plastic. I won’t be putting my new iPad in this .

2. Customer service appalling. No email response. Chat function was rude - and downright insulting.

3. The company returns and exchange policy is not complaint with UK distance selling regulations . Against UK law there is effectively no right to return products.

This is a complete scam. The company doesn't exist, doesn't refund, they send the Temu version of whatever you ordered.
