Gorilla Workwear Avis 

I came here to talk about their website and Jacket photo display but started reading up on their reviews and it's just a damn shame I only see them replying to their 5 star reviews.

NOW TO THE APPAREL DISPLAY:

Well Gorilla, if your going to Put Pictures of clothing on your website, what's the point of having "one frontal Only, Still Picture".

I do t understand, how is anyone suppose to see the cut, style and details with one frontal view ?

I mean these are basics in apparel E-Shops. Who would buy bulk of something they can't have a good look at? It's sooooo frustrating.

Then I come on here and read up with people pointing out you do not communicate, dispatch or deliver on time.

Yeahhhh, I ain't doing it.

I don't understand who would not rate them five stars - they provided top-quality and personal customer service for good-priced products and very efficient and fast execution. They also saved our ass after we lost some merch, but after we spoke to Russell, he was so kind to get new caps printed within a week for us to sell at an art auction event... We are very grateful and will definitely recommend them! Thank you - we're happy awaiting our next merch order for Filty Fox ;)

Placed an order Sunday night.

It's now Wednesday night and no correspondence beyond confirming my order.

Tried cancelling, and still no response.

Won't be ordering again.

Excellent fast turn around service.

We had to order new workwear for our full workforce and after months of reaching dead ends with other companies I contacted Gorilla. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much hassle for her, both the requested samples and the final order were promptly delivered and the prices are competitive. Gorilla and Nicole are now definitely top of my list for any future workwear and PPE.

From our initial email to Josh to the delivery only a few days later, our experience with Gorilla Workwear could not have gone smoother. Josh went above and beyond to make sure the print on the shirt was correct after we admittedly kept changing our minds! He even helped us source the shirts and sent out samples for us to confirm they were right for us!
The print and quality of the embroidery logos were wonderful, and our CEO and engineers were very impressed.
Communication was second to none and always a speedy reply!

Had to chase order as it was nowhere near the suggested dispatch timeframe noted on website. Had to return as sizing was way off. Then had to chase for refund, was told these are only processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Item was sent back by tracked mail so they’d had it back over 10 days, ridiculous that it had to be chased.
Also , If you need to return an item for a refund beware that you not only have to pay the return postage but they will also deduct original postage from your refunded payment (no mention of being deducted original postage costs if a refund is issued)

Would rate it less if I could.
I ordered trousers and after 3 weeks of them not arriving and having to pay £6 delivery I contacted customer services. They told me there was a shipping issue with one pair and that they would request it to come quicker. This then led to the trousers coming 2 days later seemed like they had just forgotten to send them. When arriving the sizes were not accurate and were 2 if not 3 sizes too small so I then wanted to return them.
Using the address I needed to send it to I sent them and didn’t receive a refund for nearly 2 weeks. I contacted customer services who asked for proof of delivery. It shouldn’t be my job to have to contact them for my refund after I sent them and had to pay nearly £5 for postage. The tracking showed it was signed for the day after my postage but they did not issue my refund until I contacted them.
Overall a hugely negative experience and has wasted a lot of time and made me lose £10 for nothing. If I didn’t chase these people up for basic service I would have had no product and no refund. Do not use.

Ordered safely shoes . £4.99 for 5-7 day delivery. 7th day still queued for dispatch told post Monday, didn't happen contacted PayPal, they said posted Tuesday but actually did do it till Wednesday arrived friday. This seller tells porkies and 5-7 days delivery is in my case 12 days. It took 10 days to dispatch them. Had i read reviews prior to purchase i would have avoided buying from them.

Fantastic experience ordering branded T-Shirts & Sweatshirts for our company. Josh and the team went above and beyond to make sure the print on the shirt was correct and even helped us source the shirts and sent out samples for us to double-check.

The print quality was fabulous, and our CEO was very impressed. Gorilla works will be our preferred vendor of choice for clothing items.

Order 2 pairs of work trousers 25th November they arrived 10 days later wrong size, I drove down to Blackhall to save time 9 days later I rang they still not had amended my order, I was told that it would take 7-10 days I told them that if it made things easier I would go down for them, I have tried to ring them 6 times over the past two day no one answers spoke with my legal team their said to connect bank as it was paid on my card and trading standards, which I am going to done.

I received my polo shirts very promptly, they fit as I hoped and seem after several washes to be excellent quality. Great service all round

Ordered an item 8 days ago. They took my money and heard nothing until I called today. First the lady apparently couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called again to be told my item would go out for delivery tomorrow. Explained that it supposed to be a gift for Xmas and it wasn’t going to arrive in time. She told me I could have had express delivery but it was too late now. Perhaps my mistake on 2 occasions. Firstly I paid by Amazon Pay, so thought it arrive in the usual quick time that Amazon delivers. And secondly, although I found the exact same item half the price from an unknown company, I kept with a better known company for peace of mind. Hey Bro, sorry your pressie will be late! Happy Xmas🎅

We ordered some branded scarves from Gorilla Workwear. We received excellent customer service from Sophie from beginning to end. We received a quote very fast, was kept regularly up to date about the order and we received the scarves much quicker than the estimated delivery time.

The team at Gorilla Workwear have been producing my bespoke Dye Sublimation Printer and Vinyl Printed Graphic t-shirts for the past 3 years on a regular basis.
