Disgusted with the customer service…
Disgusted with the customer service with this company. I bought a work polo shirt which was sized as S. I’m a size 10 but decided to err on safe side and buy a small size as like fitted rather than sloppy. Tge polo shirt turned out to be shapeless and more like XL. I promptly returned it explaining my reason at my own expense. I am now in dispute with the company who have deducted £6.00 to cover their ‘courier costs’ for sending the item to me. The item took 2 weeks to arrive so was not sent by courier.
I would like my full refund but am being told that this is the situation and tgat their postage does not get refunded.

Ordered "in stock" items. Confirmed delivery date via online chat. Day of delivery and order is still processing. Online chat informed me item was not in stock and could not give me a new delivery date. I would avoid purchasing anything from this type of company as now its a 5 day wait for a refund.

They deserve 0 stars for their awful service and incompetence. I was looking for specific work shoes which have old and new design but same model number. Gorilla Wear had old design shoes which i wanted. To be sure ill get right ones i called them prior to order and they assured me that ill receive same ones like on the picture. In good faith i ordered 3 pairs. After week of waiting they send me wrong ones!!! I urge them they have to pay the return postage because its their fault which they denied it firstly and after escalation they send me return label. They denied any wrong doing and completely ignored the fact that i called them before not to messed up the order. After many calls i received refund with return postage cost deduction!!! Would you believe it!!! Through whole process no apology from them and i had to pay for their mistake in the end!!! Awful behaviour avoid them worst CS i ever dealt before time wasters
