Booked Birmingham Airport lounge, didn't receive 2nd email which has a QR code needed to get into lounge. Turned up and couldn't get access without the QR code. The phone number on the confirmation email is out of order and had no reply through their "contact us" form on the website.
TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Do not phone gosimply as you will be ripped off

Would appear the issue of not accepting bank card is still ongoing. In my case, I tried 3 different bank cards to book an airport lounge but there was an issue and I was invited to call gosimply and book over phone. This call cost me £10.60. Voucher received direct from loungepass who are taking no responsibility for gosimply. I didn't realise I could go to loungepass and before receiving voucher, I had not heard of them. Someone should be taking responsibility for the so called problem with payments forcing people to call up with no warning of charges. Do not fall for this.

DO NOT USE

I have booked an airport lounge through this company and they have charged me twice for the same booking.

I have complained 4 times over the last 2 weeks but still no response. No phone number just the contact form on the website.

It's not cheap if you pay twice.

Invalid card details

Card details were invalid for each card I used, then got msg to call to confirm booking which cost me £4 for 4 mins and still didn’t get through, gave up and booked through a more reputable company !!

Won't accept card details!

Tried booking airport lounge and which ever card I use there is an error saying card type not valid and to enter card details again. Very frustrating and sincerely hope I have not been charged as a previous review has been as I have tried at least 6 times with different cards! Such a shame. Lost confidence now.

Be aware!!!

Booked through them for airport lounge access in Tenerife. After entering all credit card details, website said there was a problem accessing the lounge and try again in a few minutes which I did, twice. Credit card charged with three failed attempts (£156). Eventually successfully booked with Lounge Pass who Gosimply are simply agents. Lounge Pass refunded my money. Wrote to Gosimply several days ago and, despite saying they would respond within 24 hrs, still waiting. Do NOT use them for this. Go direct to Lounge Pass.

Hi Elizabeth, sorry to hear about your experience. We had a problem with our payment gateway for a short period which caused issues for a few customers being told they hadn't been charged when in fact they had. Many apologies for this. We did receive an email from you and subsequently replied - I expect you already checked, but perhaps it went into your spam folder? Again, apologies and I hope your lounge stay was above expectation.

Easy booking, slight difficulty finding the parking space, but all simple thereafter, car waiting for me on return. Thanks Gosimply!

Just booked Airport Lounge. Very easy, fast booking and email confirmation with lounge pass. Will write a review on return from holiday regarding the actual use of the booking.
