Amazing pot and pan set
We we purchased our pots at after seeing it on social media of course you're always skeptical. But after getting them they were the bomb. The lightweight of these pots and plans are amazing he's cleaning them in the sink super easy picking them up off the stove Etc. Cooking with them are great as well even Heat throughout the pan if you don't have hot spots . The clamping handles are phenomenal we had a different brand and getting it off was a little more difficult these are very easy to use. We will be buying more to expand our set

DO NOT PURCHASE. My partner purchased the pans as we were drawn to the pretty colour. After only few uses the pans are horrifically discoloured and the stains are unable to be cleaned off. The bottom of the pans are are burnt to the extent they are now black. The pretty pale-blue colour is now covered in awful brown stains. We have contacted customer service, along with photos to no avail. I wish we had checked the reviews before purchasing, as this seems to be what happens with so many of them. ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Product Quality Concerns, but Satisfactorily Resolved
I was initially very pleased with the appearance of the cream-coloured pan set. However, after only one use, both pans became discoloured — turning black on the inside and outside. Additionally, one pan and its holder became stained yellow after cooking curry.
I reached out to Gourmetific regarding the issue. Although the resolution process took some time and required multiple follow-ups, the customer service team ultimately provided a satisfactory outcome. I was offered the option of receiving a replacement set or a full refund. I opted for the refund, which has been processed successfully.
While the experience was not as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved in a fair and professional manner.

I love my Goumetific cookware...
From online ordering to delivery, the customer service was excellent. My cookware was delivered well before I expected them so I was delighted. they were carefully wrapped so as not to damage them, and I absolutely love them. I use them all the time and have removed 2 sets of pots and 4 fry pans from my cupboards, giving me so much more room. Im thinking about doing the same with some of my casserole dishes as the Goumetific ones are better and look beautiful.
I also purchased the utensil set and the container for keeping them in. Again I have cleaned out my utensil draw and have freed up space.

Superb set of pans and wonderful customer care
I have ordered a full set here with so extra pans. I have been looking for pans for quite some time as I find it so difficult to decide which ones are best. As a mother of 3, I really wanted to get rid of the old pans which were not pfas and other chemicals free. I felt guilty every day I used them as they did have some scratches. I therefore emailed the customer service and was guaranteed that these are safe for use, if used in the right way ofcourse. Like any other pans from any other company, it’s important to use the pans as described so they stay in great condition. So it’s important not to use full heat and ‘play’ a little with the heat to find out what works best. The customer service was more than amazing! Great help, explaining and super fast reply. I have never seen such great customer service! I really love the fact that they take up so little space and you can also use them in the oven or store in the fridge with the lids. 10 out of 10 for me! Make sure you also change the utensils if they are not wood or silicone. I got rid of mine when I threw out the old pans. Knowing that I cook safe for my kids now, feels great! I love cooking and this set just makes it so much easier. Thanks Alyssa for your patience with all my questions :)) I know I was a little annoying there. But you took my worries away!

Ordering through your company has been a breath of fresh air. Fantastic customer service from the very start in answering all my questions and concerns on the shipment actually coming from China. But the order did arrive in a timely manner and the packing was very well done. And, best of all, the pans are fantastic.....lightweight...yet sturdy and well made, easy to use and cleanup was a breeze. A wonderful product and a great company to deal with.
