Government Auction Avis

Very helpful and understandable staff, I am very happy with the service.

Nick was excellent. He was able to find me another property that fit my criteria and was extremely pleasant and professional. 5 star service for sure. Will defiantly do more business with them.

Robin at Government auction is the most pleasant person to speak with. Robin is professional and on point with any question I've had over the years. Thank you, Robin, for all you have done.

Great experience with Government Auction. Very professional group of people.

The bidding went accordingly. Fast and secure website. Invoice was less than an hour after the bidding got done.Cant wait to see the land.

Pleasure to work with for the last 10+ years. They were always very responsive. Thanks Robin I appreciate you.

Had a pretty good experience with this firm. The invoicing was prompt and with no muss or fuss. There was some issue with where the items were to be shipped -- I had wanted a third party address, but I got a call explaining what was going on, so that ended up being not an issue. And it did show care and follow-through, which was important.

The was the first time I participated in an online auction. This site made it so easy to join and keep up with the auction. The item I purchased was just as described and I am very pleased with all aspects of the sale

Although I’ve never purchased anything from government auctions, I can tell you it’s a terrific site & regular people like me can purchase land in the U.S.A. for amazing prices! And I’ve had the pleasure of talking with Sylvia Flores to understand how these auctions work…she is extremely informed & goes out of her way to answer any questions I have had! Now register & go bid & don’t forget to have fun! Thanks to all, Rhonda Martin Irving Texas

Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia Flores, who treated me with full blown respect, and true professionalism. An absolute pleasure, for sure. Wish there were more like her out there.

Most sincerely,

You want to talk about unprofessionalism? That would be governmentauction.com Their incompetency really shines, won an auction and still have yet to be billed an invoice. Stay away from this busines/site

Won my first bid today. For a price I could not beat. Because it was my first time, I called to find "the catch". No catch. It's mine. Wow.

This company is straight forward and honest about the land they’re selling and will help you understand any questions you may have. This company also provides you with gift cards towards your next land purchase through them. I’ve never seen or heard of any other auction company do this. I am going to be obtaining more land through this auction company in the future

They shipped everything fast and everything had to be done with a signature, which I love. Thank you so much for your business!

Easy process. I was very satisfied with the delivery and the customer service.
Will definitely shop again.

Very positive experience so far! Speedy process! Quick turnaround with documents! Consistent communication at each step! Thank you! We look forward to enjoying our land, will use you again!

Very professional and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Will do business with them again!

I have been looking at this website for a while, interested in a small piece of property that we could purchase to access preferred amenities. I have been very satisfied with the interaction/experience with Ms Yolanda Acevedo. Very polite, very helpful, and very professional. Thank you

Joseph Richardson is one of the most pleasant individual that’s pleasant, patient, professional, courteous and is willing to go out of his ways just to make sure that we are satisfied with our decision. Absolutely, no pressure at all. He makes sure we understand what’s on the contract and how to better understand what we’re signing. If I can give 10 stars on this review, I absolutely would. You’ll be very happy working with him. This site is NOT a scam!!! Please don’t take my word for it, just try it out and see for yourself. Thank you for taking your time to read my review. May God bless you!

Very simple process and very professional throughout from start to finish.
