Granny Gear Avis 

Ordered a man’s cycling jersey. Checked the given measurements etc, it arrived 2-3 sizes smaller. The company will not respond to any emails about returning the jersey . It was £38.99, very annoyed. Will never use again!!

This is a con, you order off this company and then they order the shirts off aliexpress or similar in China at a fraction of the price you've paid, this is why it takes so long for delivery, thankfully I paid through PayPal and will ne getting my money back

Very happy to have received my 3 Lions cycling jersey at the beginning of last month.

This is the second GG jersey I’ve bought. The design and quality is worth the price you pay. Even better than that, as I am trying to lose weight at the moment the range of sizes is great.

I wish I had come on here first and seen all the terrible reviews before purchasing a gift for my partner. Took ages to arrive and when it finally did was obviously massive so insent it back to the return address on the package it arrived in as there was no return instructions in the parcel. Emailed the company for good measure after I posted it to ensure they knew it was coming back. Then got an email with a totally different address to send it to. Explained I had already sent it to the address it was dispatched from. No replies for months despite trying various avenues (email and Instagram). So no jersey and no refund £38 robbed as far as I can see. I'm starting to feel pretty hopeless about buying things on the internet as this has happened a few times over the past year - trading standards need to get onto these thieves!

Update: refund received after 5 months, still wouldn't recommend but I will retract the thieves statement.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Order placed 6 weeks ago and no delivery of purchased item, they won’t respond to my answer phone message, email or posts on their Facebook page, in fact they have blocked me on their Facebook page. I’ll be contacting the Small Claims Court as soon as I finish this review.

Very very poor customer service. Bought top, sent back as wrong size. Nothing... No exchange nor refund, nor answer to any email. You cannot run a company like this. Avoid at all costs

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Immediately confirmed but not delivered. I have tried to be polite and contact them twice. On both occasions ive been ignored.

Now going through my credit card company to retrieve money.

Waste of time, money and effort. Avoid at all costs!

terrible company don't come back to you egnore you dont reply to emails I have now reported to my card holder in the hope I can get the money back as it is obviously a scam company who take your money and dont supply.

Over 2 weeks now since I placed my order ive emailed twice and nothing from this company I get it takes time but more than 2weeks to even send an order really wish I read the reviews before I ordered this place is terrible waste of money steer clear

Have bought a few jerseys from them and although the quality isn’t great and the delivery does take around a month, they are not bad and certainly worth the money. However I have returned a jersey that was bought for me in Dec and I am still waiting on the replacement, tried to contact but now getting ignored. Have advised purchaser to raise issue with credit card company.

I now have three GG jerseys in my cycling wardrobe and I'm happy with the fit and quality. The sizing guide and delivery details on the site are very clear.

My latest order, when delivered, had the wrong Jersey in the package but spoke with someone on email straight away, they verified the mistake and have now confirmed that the correct jersey has now been dispatched and they have also told me to keep the jersey that I received in error.

This looks like a U.K. company but it is not. 8 days after placing an order I still hadn’t heard anything, customer service do not respond to messages. Have no idea if I can get my money back. Would strongly advise against buying from this website.

2 weeks on from placing my order I still haven’t received it, no dispatch email and no reply to emails. Really disappointing as this is for a birthday present and it looks like it won’t arrive in time.

Don’t use this site order arrived in the wrong size so returned to the address they advised in the UK and over a month later I am still waiting on a refund. No response to my emails asking for an update on refund..

I purchased a women's cycling jersey and the colors are not as bright as they appear online. While it was not very expensive, it also is made of significantly cheaper materials than what I am used to. I regret this purchase and cannot return it. You get what you pay for here.

Happy with my purchase. OK it took around 3 weeks to arrive but weren't that desperate for to receive it. I'm a + size cyclist and getting to fit is difficult but with Granny Gear it was just what I required. Will definitely purchase another again

Drop ship from China. Shocking service and company. Took a month to arrive the quality is rubbish. Avoid at all costs, same automatic response expected. They are not in the UK!

Updated to 3 stars as jersey has arrived and feels reasonable quality. Lots of seams and some single stitch areas but includes silicon band to stop it rising up and a couple of other nice touches. Just a shame they don’t actually hold any stock to deliver so everything is always minimum 3 weeks. Perhaps they might change that in the future.

Previous review. ‘British’ clothing firm that acts as a middleman just passing your order to China direct. When you ask why they don’t hold stock they just reply with ‘read the print on the web site’ type of response. A week from order and it’s only just arrived to a sorting office in China! Maybe it will arrive before autumn, but it will be going straight back to them for a full refund…

Still somewhere between here and China. Not even dispatched until 9 days after order. GG says 'read the small print'. That stinks quite frankly.
