I would highly recommend this company for product quality and customer service.
We ordered the Handmade Aleman I pint glass tankard with engraving, which has exceeded our expectations.
It is superb and when there was a slight delivery glitch (nobody's fault) Michelle went above her pay grade to get it resolved.
We will definitely be using Gravesham again!

Quality wooden plinths for decanters and glasses are absolutely stunning solid and when engraved make perfect gifts.
