Excellent service

Excellent service, I emailed with a list of questions about the rotating composter I wanted to buy, and their reply went above and beyond.
Once I'd purchased (evening) it was dispatched the next day. And I'm beyond thrilled with the Maze Twin Tumbler, it was easy to put together (and I'm disabled with poor grip), and looks amazing!

Could Not Rate This Company Higher

I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them, I ordered a Maze wormery bundle which was already a good deal but through their local authority partnership page accessible through their home page I got a further 15% off order despite my council not working with them through their "no local authority discount". I placed my order on a Thursday night, received confirmation my order was completed by lunchtime Friday and I received it Saturday afternoon via DPD.

My worms which were part of the deal were sent at first available opportunity that being the next Monday via Wriggly Wigglers, and received on the Tuesday.

I emailed customer services shortly after placing my order to ask about approximate dispatch time as couldn't see information on website and received reply at start of business Friday informing that they did same or next day dispatch, very pleased with that service as well.

Awful. Terrible.

Awful. I bought a Composter from these people, which arrived with bits broken off and was unusable. No problem, you might think, contact them and tell 'em the problem...couldn't find an e mail address on their website, but you can send them a message via their website. Did that...no response. Found an e mail address for their sales department and sent them photos of the damage. All I wanted was the damaged bits replaced. No response. Phoned their 'Customer Care' (ha ha) number multiple times over two days. No response. E mailed again today asking for a response...No response.
Honestly, how can these cowboys exist in these times. No regard whatsoever to quality of products, shipping, customer service, customer satisfaction...just take the money and run. Shocking, shocking behaviour. I'm £89.99 out of pocket for a broken bin, by the way. Avoid these people, absolutely disgraceful...

Dear Mr O'Donoghue. I wrote to you personally last Sunday (28th March) to explain that we have been recently become aware of issues with disappearing inbound emails . Your 3 emails sent in quick succession in late February/early March were lost until last Saturday (27th March). I reviewed the lost emails on Sunday and refunded your purchase price in full within 10 minutes of seeing your emails for the first time and before coming across this review. We have had the inbound logs checked at our (outsourced) call centre on our Customer Care line (0800 731 2572). There is no record of any inbound calls from the number submitted with your order, nor of any calls using your name. If you have used a different number to call the call centre please advise to my personal email and I will re-run the searches. All customer service issues are logged at the call centre and passed to me and/or my business partner for personal attention. No complaints in your name have been forwarded to me.

We are sorry for your experience which is wholly out of character for our business. Your broken product was due to transit damage which was outside of our control. We have a policy of 100% no-quibble refund or replacement, and had we been aware of your issue would have applied this policy to it, as we did as soon as we became aware of it.
