Great customer service by Mia
My experience was great because of good customer service and fast response. Mia assisted me in getting the discount for the new Lomi even though it’s only valid in the US. Also made another cost adjustment because of Victoria Day promo. I also mentioned my old Lomi wasn’t working and I sent a video. She initiated in sending a new fan for my old Lomi. I was expecting a basic customer service , basic response and answers, but Mia surprised me with her initiatives far and beyond.
The lomi is not a cheap investment
The lomi is not a cheap investment, I would have hoped that they stand behind their product.
I liked my lomi when it worked.
1 yr after getting it the fan needs replacing. They will not cover this. I have to buy a new fan replacement. I do not have my bill from a yr ago for proof of purchase. If that's what they need to stand behind they're product. I am very disappointed and will not be promoting the lomi anymore.
Lomi promotions are deceptive . They cheated me out of $220.
When I purchased my Lomi it was with a promotion for $200 off the Lomi and a year "free" subscription (the normal $120 fee was crossed out and the word free replaced it). Both those promotions were reflected on the original invoice. Three months later Lomi charged me the yearly subscription of $120 plus tax. I also realized Lomi only reduced the price by $100 instead of the $200 reflected on the invoice. When I contacted their customer service with these issues, their email said it was confusing but "free" only meant I wasn't being charged right away but in 3 months. That is not what "free" means.
That's like a restaurant saying your meal is free. Then when you are ready to leave you are presented with a bill and told it was "free" when you were eating it, but not afterwards. Lomi customer service didn't even address the $200 discount being cut in half. I wrote back and told them that I am planning to take my dispute to the consumer protection agency in my state if they don't give me the discounts as promised. I'm also looking for online venues like Trust Pilot to alert people to Lomi's deceptive promotions. Don't be fooled!
Kind considerate staff communication
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of communication and the kindness and respect shown by the employee who helped me. I have alway loved my Lomi and it is running like a charm once again due to this helpful communication.
Great Product, Great Service

They immediately provided a solution, at a very fair price, as my unit was out of warranty. The part arrived 7 days after I opened my initial tick with Lomi. So quick turnaround the the new part fixed my issue. Truly and great product and great service.

I love my Lomi. That may sound flipped but it is fun to see the results of each cycle. When I'm had a problem it often was my fault, not reading the information provided for me. I've called, I've emailed the help was there,
The help has been fast, easy, helpful, and made it work properly. Wished I'd have it when I was still teaching environmental science.
It was easy to get support
It was easy to get help via email to make arrangements to replace our lomi! The website seemed to be glitchy as far as trying to pay the very small warranty fee but a real person was quick to solve the problem and took care of everything for me! Impressed with the level of care I received. 10/10 🙌

Lomi for life now
I pre-ordered a 1st Gen Lomi years ago, and it's been a wild ride ever since! We're now about to get our 3rd gen, and pretty much everyone that comes over for dinner asks about it when they see us using it. We've had a few parts to replace, and a unit that just flat-out stopped working - but Lomi customer service has been exceptional. They're patient, understanding, and kind. I've been very impressed with their level of service in honoring their warranty when something goes awry. You definitely have a customer for life.

I love my Lomi
I love my Lomi. Their customer service has also been great ( quick, concise, and fair) when I had 2 warranty issues with the Lomi.
The Lomi is a bit loud and stinky if you don't change the charcoal frequently but I love it . I run it overnight with my hood fan going.

Responses were given quickly, but sugestions did not work, and after a year of having the product, I have to get rid of it. It was very epensive for the time used.
I can recommed the attention to the customers; not so about the product.
