Junko provided me with excellent customer service after I explained my unique circumstance regarding needing to replace my Lomi fan but not having the purchase receipt or warranty information. Junko helped me troubleshoot and listened to me as a customer in need and was able to make an exception. This motivates me to want to buy more lomi products in the future and share with others about how great these products and customer service are. Thanks for sending me a functional fan, I was able to get my lomi working again with your help and this new part!
I Love Lomi
This product is amazing. For anyone concsious of throwing things away, this has made my garbage usage go down ENORMOUSLY. Also since you are throwing all organic material, your kitchen garbage doesn't tend to smell that bad so you can change your bag signifcantly less often.
It does make some sound and smell when running but it's a small price.
Customer service has always been amazing and considerate despite being out of the official warranty time period. They still assist and even provide parts free of charge. I would definitely stay a lomi customer
I have been reporting my experience…
I have been reporting my experience with a fan that needed to be replaced. Lomi sent me a replacement fan and all I paid was shipping. Next I reported that the same issue was still happening which was the coolant light blinked after the unit stopped.
Lomi then replaced my whole unit for FREE under my warranty. Lomi really cares about the customer and not just the sale.... I recommend LOMI!!
