Excellent customer service and…
Excellent customer service and communication - they resent the package that had been mistakenly returned to them, and didn't charge me which was very kind. The product is of high quality, it's as good as new. The item came in the original box with all the necessary accessories and instructions. I got it up and running in a couple of minutes and it is working well. I would buy from this retailer again, great to support a company that's refurbishing products.

The phones that I purchased were indistinguishable from brand new but a fraction of the price. Quick delivery too.

Lovely item.
Really good service, only problem was Royal Mail had my parcel in Gatwick sorting office for 24 hrs before it was delivered. 1day later and I did pay extra for a quick delivery. Item is working very well.
