as my partner was waiting a document thats needed for a government grant- he didnt it receive so let Greenplug know the day before and this is the response he got 'DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN YOU TIME WASTER, cancelling the day before is pathetic when you was contacted on Friday and ignored us.
You're responsible for an engineer missing his mornings work.
No doubt he'll be at your door very frustrated - a can cancellation claim will be issued first thing tomorrow - its always cheap customers that cause the most issues.
Bother someone else next time you wish to clown around.
