Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I booked with Fly Park Compare and didn’t know that they were only an agent. We booked a meet and greet and they were 30 minutes late for the pick up. Very rude and dismissive!

On the return they declared that it was not a meet and greet and only offered us a lift to our car in their car park! 1 hour late and it was clearly a meet and greet as they collected the car 2 weeks before! I would never use again, and would not use Fly Park Compare as you don’t know who you are getting!

AVOID (NOT WORTH SAVING THE MONEY TO…

AVOID (NOT WORTH SAVING THE MONEY TO PARK HERE, PAY THE EXTRA £100 AND PARK INSIDE HEATHROW). Started by being very rude to my partner when we said we will be a couple hours late as we drove from Grimsby to London (4hr drive) and said that we should be letting them know so it doesn’t mess their schedule up, we then waited 30 mins after we dropped car off for a shuttle beat up van for the driver to just be on his phone whilst driving the whole time putting us in danger. When arriving back to the UK we called 20mins before we got our bags to let them know we was going to be at the pick up point, we waited well over an hour and half for someone to pick us up, called x3 times and the first time he said they will be there soon, then the second time I called they said there was an issue with our booking and got the times wrong, then after an hour I called again for them to say we’ll be 5 mins and then they proceeded to take 30 mins after they said that. We then got picked up in some other beat up van where the chairs were rocking and weren’t locked in properly and felt very unsafe again, and then to top it off the driver didn’t even apologise and he could tell we wasn’t happy either after having to wait 90mins to get picked up when it said 20mins pick up time. Awful company, can’t understand a word they’re saying and they also charge you £15 upon arrival for the fees for going into the airport yet the airport fees are £5 each way so technically should be paying £10 and not £15, scamming company and would never ever use them again. They blame it on being a small business yet we’ve used multiple other small companies in Manchester and Liverpool and we’ve had no issues with them. I’m going to pay £150 to pay to stay in Heathrow and not be reliant on these next time.

Booked a Meet & Greet, got a Park & Ride - Avoid these guys!!

I booked a Meet & Greet for "Heathrow Meet & Greet" via Flyparkcompare.com for Heathrow Terminal 2. It was for 6.30am. These guys appeared to have good reviews on the Flycompare website and their pricing seemed to be good to be true. £40 for 4 days? It was too good to be true.
I rang "Heathrow Meet & Greet" 30 minutes before our arrival time at the terminal as per the email confirmation I had received from Flycompare only to be told they didn't have my booking but instead gave me an address for Greggmaurice Park & Ride, 20 minutes away from the Terminal. Who the hell are Greggmaurice, I thought I'd booked with "Heathrow Meet & Greet"??

I wasn't left with much choice so I drove to the new location which was in very unsecure space. Nobody was there. Eventually a guy showed up in a people carrier, to take me to Terminal 2. He dropped off another couple back to the park & ride, who came back to him to inform him they had found another car owner's key in their car!
I eventually got to Terminal 2 30 minutes later than planned, and was understandably both stressed and frustrated. I handed over my car keys and got no receipt for this.

I rang the company and Flyparkcompare.com a number of times whilst away to try and understand why it was that I had paid for a Meet & Greet and ended up with a Park & Ride. Flyparkcompare.com said they sent the order confirmation, and resent it - Greggmaurice said they hadn't received it.
And today when I arrived back in the UK and followed the instructions etc, I still didn't get my meet & greet, I got a park and ride back to my car.
The whole thing just feels like a scam - that they call themselves "Heathrow Meet & Greet" when their name is GreggMaurice park & ride, so you can't independently verify them. You pay for one thing and get another. The agent Flyparkcompare is useless too. And given the generally awful reviews for Greggmaurice on both Trustpilot and Google, I do not trust the customer reviews on the Flyparkcompare website as supposedly these guys were great. They are cheap, but the service is poor and feels like a scam. They had one driver there on Friday and one today, so there's no way they can deliver the Meet & Greet service. Avoid like the plague.

Around an hour wait before being collected from the terminal on the way back, managed to cram us onto the minibus.

Emailed the company and complaints team, in the hope of at least getting my £35 back, and no reply at all.

Don’t bother, pay the extra and park at Heathrow.

Terrible service

One star is too generous. DO NOT PARK HERE!
Had to pay £15 airport charge which wasn’t advertised.
Upon return was told they couldn’t locate my booking, they weren’t expecting me and they didn’t have my car.
Repeatedly hung up on me so had to pay £40 for an uber from the airport, with two small children, back to the car park.
My car was still parked there (absolutely filthy!), but their colleague had taken my key with him so we had to wait for his return.
Shambles of a company. Avoid!

Do not use!

We booked for drop-off at Terminal 3, and for the car to be brought back to the same location on our return.

When we called to meet the driver, we were told to divert to another location to drop the car off. 
We argued that this was not what we booked, but were told it was the only option. The number we called also identified the company as Gregg Maurice Parking, although we had made a booking with Luxe Parking.

We drove to the provided location, and after a short delay, we were driven to the terminal with another passenger. This resulted in a 30 min delay, but thankfully we still made our flight. The driver also wanted to charge both groups a drop-off fee of £15, even though the fee at Heathrow is £7 per vehicle. Given the delay we agreed to pay on the return leg. 

On the return trip we were told to call again and a driver would meet us to take us back to the drop off location. We called once we had our bags and were told it would take 20-30 mins for pickup. We called back after 30 minutes and were told to wait another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes they began ignoring my calls, but would answer from another number. We were repeatedly told they were 10 minutes away, resulting in a total wait time of 1 hour 15. The driver then drove at high speed on the route back to their yard, while using his phone with one hand.

Do not use this operator

Do not use this operator! While I was away, they drove my car 8 miles away from their car park at 3AM through red traffic lights. I received a letter of intended prosecution from the Metropolitan Police! Also there is a small chip on my windscreen and the dashboard was reset!

Avoid this company at all costs if you…

Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want your holiday ruined by a missed flight or losing access to your car. When we returned, there was no shuttle pickup for over an hour, and after repeatedly trying to contact them, the staff simply stopped answering the phone. Absolutely unacceptable service and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Totally agree with bad reviews

Totally agree with bad reviews. Experienced myself. Poor car park, car left under the trees, rude service, extra payment to get to airport. Won't use it again.

Please don’t waste your money

I’m only giving 1 star as I can’t give zero, I booked this company for 2.5 weeks at beginning of April, they were supposed to collect our car from the airport at 4am for our flight, I rang the day before to confirm, I then rang on the morning, no answer I called so many times but nothing. They eventually answered at 5:30 am but by that time I had booked somewhere else. When they answered the attitude was crazy, they said they would refund and then hung up. I had to ring 4 more times and today 24th April I have only just received my refund. Would never recommend. Trying to find another company at 4am was not what I needed.

WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER! LATE LOST KEYS. DO NOT USE!!

Arrival and drop off were fine but my return experience was dreadful!
I phoned to let them know I had arrived and was told they would be about 15 minutes. I was fine with this. In reality I waited for over an hour having to call a number of times. The driver who collected me told me tried to phone me but was getting through to their own answer message! I was not happy.
There were about 20 people wating to be taken to their flights. It seemed to be utterly chaotic with people getting angry and leaving.
Then he couldn't find my keys. I offered to help but he wouldnt let me. He had to leave to drop the other customers so I was left to wait for the business owner to arrive who would help me.
He arrived after about 20 minutes. I found the keys in the shed myself in the first box I looked in!
The owner apologised saying they had a couple of people off sick. He said he would process a full refund for me. This has not arrived and I have emailed to chase it with no response.
I will never use this company again and I would recommend everyone to stay clear!

AVOID!!!!! Rude workers, LONG waits

Been using this car park for 5 years now and slowly it has declined in service!
Today however, horrendous!
Called them when our bags arrived and was told to wait at T3. Waited 35 minutes and called again, was spoken to really rudely and told it was at T2 and wouldn’t be much longer. Another 20 minutes passed and still no sign. Called again after waiting over an hour with young children and after a 10 hour flight to be shouted at and to stop calling.
After 1 hr 10 minutes the shuttle finally arrived with no enough seats to fit us all in. They had no regard for safety and piled everyone in!
AVOID THIS CARPARK

I am not a serial complainer in-fact i hardly write reviews.
BUT i felt very strongly to write one about this experience.
Drop off procedure was ok! Had to wait about 30 minutes before we were taken to the airport. We were not made aware of the additional drop off charges which we had to pay for both ways upon drop off £14 ,annoying but not the end of the world.
PICK UP WAS A JOKE!!!
Our flight was delayed by 24 hours, as soon as we knew we would be arriving late we tried to make contact with Gregg Maurice. Being in Asia we didn't like to make a normal phone call so we tried wifi calling on whats app. Despite them having a business account on whats app no one answered the several attempts we made. We tried messaging as well. We opened a ticket with compare parking and were told just to use the number given by Gregg Maurice upon booking. We emailed and NOTHING!!!
When we arrived at Heathrow and were through customs we called Gregg Maurice to be told "oh you missed us by 5 minutes" and were told they would be with us in 20 minutes!! 40 minutes went by and i called again to be told he was having something to eat and he would be with us soon! I tried to explain we had been travelling for over 24 hours and called, messaged and sent emails but this was met with "oh we don't use email" and over talking me and "ill be there soon Ma'mn"! Soon turned into almost 2 hours! When they arrived we soon realised that the reason we had to wait so long was because they had tied picking us up with a pick up at terminal 5!! so basically didn't want to make 2 trips and would much prefer a bad review instead it seems! Also when driving the driver had his phone up to his ear on phone calls, he was checking messages (very unsafe and not a great thing for my son to see who is 17 and learning to drive, i don't want him to think this is ok)
When we arrived at our car, all seemed ok with it which was a relief and we were told not to worry about the £20 for the extra days charge. Maybe this was to sweeten us up but i felt so strongly about how we had been treated this wasn't enough for me not to highlight this to other potential users. MY ADVICE IS TO save up the extra money and use the parking at the actual airport or a better provider. I'm sure Gregg Maurice is being managed by just a couple of people. The guy who we spoke to on the phone said his colleague would be with us in 10 minutes and i believe he was this colleague!! The voice sounded to same and the abrupt nature, when in the minibus he had a call and he was abrupt with this person as well and i even heard him say "i'm not being rude sir" so many others feel the same as well.
P.S what respectable company does not use email!!!

Really poor service, poor parking facilities and a rip off!

On arrival at the parking lot which was nothing more than the grounds of a derelict house we were greeted by a gent who asked us to wait… which we did, for nearly an hour!!! He took one part in a small van, returned telling us he was taking us next, then changed his mind and took another party going to a different terminal saying someone else would take us, which they did… after another 15 minute wait! There were no facilities so I was forced to go to toilet ducked behind some cars! Further to this we were wrongly charged a further £15 for a fee that according to their terms and conditions was for the meet and greet service at the airport! On return we encountered the same issue with waiting, again nearly an hour, when the car park was a ten minute drive away! Another family had been waiting over an hour, with 2 very young children! Back at the car park itself, my car was basically parked in a patch of stinging nettles! The only positive was the gent who took us back was very friendly, unlike the one who took us to the airport.

Car was vandalised whilst in their care. Massive attitude off Mohammed who claims to be a worker (listed as director on companies house website) hides behind a fake manager Sam, he wouldn’t help me on the day and asked me to call back. Repeatedly called for their insurance details to make a claim and I’ve now been blocked. I will catch up with them again. I will not let this lie. Others be warned. These are proper cowboys.

One star simply because I cannot put zero!
Car was parked with Gregg Maurice park and ride for 2 weeks. Parked in a ‘secure’ car parking space and keyed up and down both sides on return!
The director Mohammad Alid Mughal claimed he knew nothing of the damage, gave a fake name and refused to give any insurance details.
Please think twice before using this scam artist
