Bought a lifetime guaranteed iPhone charger cable only for them to say the warranty has ran out and they won’t replace it.
This relates to a charger cable I use for my laptop. In fairness it has worked well. I'm here today though to just clarify that the "Guaranteed for Life" claim on the packaging is trash. My cable has failed and Ive been trying to get it swapped out. I'm in the UK and the Griffin people seem to be all over the place. Even though I have proof of purchase and a receipt Griffin are booting me back to Amazon, Amazon are saying its a matter for Griffin. Neither care. So don't think paying the extra is buying a product that will last as its got an amazing warrenty.
Their "Lifetime Guarantee" Product didn't last a year. Tried to claim warranty and they make you jump through a million hoops only to deny your claim. What a piece of junk from a garbage company.
We bought two Survivor All Terrain iPad cases made by Griffin Technology. Within a week the rubber protection that covers the charger outlet fell off on both iPad covers, same happened to the headphone outlet a couple of weeks later. Later, the use of the front screen protector got to frustrating to use, it started warping, it had to be removed. Then the rubber seal that covers the plastic case started to peel off at the corner. Lastly, the stand on one of the iPads broke. After just 3 months use I contacted Griffin Technology within the 1 year warranty period. I sent them photos, as they had requested and they responded by accusing us of maliciously tampering with both the iPad covers. I continued communication with our side of the story, as I felt their assumptions based on photographs was offensive and inaccurate. I probably gave them too many opportunities to retain reputation; but every response became more offensive and rude. The price of the cover certainly doesn't live up to expectations and the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Shame on you Patricia and shame on you Griffin Technology of supporting such a bullying client service. Never.again!
The Survivor case is excellent in terms of protection, value for money etc, one happy customer :-)

That is unacceptable.

This is the fourth phone I have protected with a griffin case. I always go for the toughest grade as I’m always out and about. They have always stood up to everything I have ever done. One even came off a car roof whilst driving.
They have always protected my phone and kept them all in pristine condition
Bought a in car charger made by Griffin technology. It was £30 and it only worked for 3 days. Contacted them for help, and got basically nothing back. It’s overpriced bull**** if you ask me
happy with my purchase! Fits my tablet perfectly, only thing I would say is the front clear cover scratches easily and it would be good to know if i could purchase a replacement front screen cover section further down the track.
The product was defective out of the box Griffin claimed it had lifetime warranty bought the ipad case out of goodwill from a charity Louis at customer service asked for every detail knowing full well his company was gonna refuse to honour the "lifetime warranty" there clearly a issue with the case i even cut myself on the product trying to get my pad into case i honesty feel let down and intruded Griffin apparently use to have best customer service now they don't seem to care

please note the following i have purchased a few Griffin Technology products over the years particularly case for my ipads ..i called & emailed in regards to the ipad pro 12" survivor cases ...the issue i was having was that i wanted to purchase replacement screens & replacement stands for the cases for which my family has quite a few..only to be told repeatedly that they don't & that they can't & that
they won't offer any replacement screens or stands for the product...these are the wear & tear items on the product i was informed that the only way they could help me was to BUY new cases..!!! Really??? i wasn't asking for them to GIVE me the replacements for Free i was willing to pay for what i wanted...how do you not have replacement parts for your product.!!! that you are still currently selling...totally ridiculous response from them...it took multiple emails & multiple phone calls to even get a response
NO PRODUCT SUPPORT AT ALL YOU BUY IT YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN...VERY DISAPPOINTED....

Purchased iPhone 8plus Griffin all weather 360 protection case I’m on my third case because the side tabs we’re vulnerable and would eventually break when removing the pone for cleaning but with the latest one the front cover slides in and out hence no side tabs making the latest case better with a sliding front cover

Worst customer service ever. Bought 4 cases for IPads and lightning cords with a lifetime warranty. Had problems with thcases right away tried to get them to solve the problems, they made it so difficult I gave up. Which I’m sure is the plan. Cords broke tried to get them to honor their warranty. 2 months later after jumping through all their hoops, I still have broken cords, now they quit responding to my emails. This site is bogus though because even though all of the reviews give them 1 star. The site gives them a 3 star rating. Should be negative stars.

Worst customer service I have come across In a long time! No confirmation email was sent to me once I placed an order and numerous emails I have sent them have gone ignored or had a one line response of ‘we have resent the email’ sent to me. They don’t seem to care or want to be helpful. My kids school has been told to order griffin cases for their iPads because they are meant to be good quality - I’ll be sending an email to the school to advise them to look elsewhere and I’ll be sending out a group email to all parents not to use this company.
Bought a product that was underwhelming and they said send it back for free. I had to pay to return and 3 months later they were still denying they had received it. They blanked my emails apart from the 'were here to help you' email and I had to take it up with PayPal who refunded me fully.
I will never use Griffin again.
