I’ve played some crap online casinos but Griffon Casino is a new level of useless.
Customer service, good luck with that.
More than happy to take cash, and yes the usually “prove who you are” after a nice win.
But they go one step further and ask for MORE documentation, asif I didn’t give enough before, and guess what happens after you do that? That’s right, more documentation you need to provide in order to get your money.
Asif ID and a statement/letter wasn’t enough, I’ve been asked for card pictures (front and back), statements, bank details (IBAN Number etc), proof of bank and a letter from the bank to prove that I’m who I say I am.
Now they want pictures of me holding
Up both cards I have used on my account, one of which is broken and gone, which explains the new card. This casino are a bunch of p*sstakers.

Joined yesterday, deposited £10, cost me £10.25. Won so I uploaded my driving license and a council tax bill, received an email at 6pm today, checked my bank. Money was in.

Having read reviews and they charge you for deposits ie £10 will cost 25p charge and the more you deposit the more it will charge you.so best keep away from this one

I like to play big some times on roulette. First time ever l had a £3000 win. They started all there grap. Proof of who you etc. I done all that and yet all l get is excuses. They are happy to see you lose but when you win. It's a different story almost a week has passed and I'm still trying to get my winnings. Probably the worst site in the world. Forget customer service the win rate here is appalling. I have spent many years gambling on many many sites. I know that the odds of winning are low. I played about 3 grand on book of dead through this site over a month. I got a feature about every £300 or so, usually a 10 or J very low win. No fun, no joy. Avoid at all costs

Not happy , I am 77 and set up a account and used my granddaughters card . I have sent my personal details in a birth certificate with a picture of me an old passport and a letter from my granddaughter the card owner saying it’s ok to deposit and withdraw . Long process and my account hasn’t been verified! I have a withdrawal and they won’t give it to me! All because I don’t have a valid passport or driving licence I have sent my birth certificate bus pass a picture of me holding my birth cerficatw and this still isn’t enough . Not happy! Hi, I only joined around a week ago and was lucky to get a good few wins totaling over £5K. I had to send in documents for verification and to my suprise these were approved the following day. My cash out landed in paypal a day after that. The chap on support (Keiron) was helpful and answered the chat in around 30 secs both times. I think the slot game selection is fairly good, a few of my goto games missing but loads of table/live games. My only slight fault is navigating around seemed a little slower than some but didn't bother me to much and it may have been my phone .I would rather that than a casino that stalled payments or slots that never bonus.
