Helpful once you get through
Helpful once you get through, took me a few times and waited over 20minutes a time as a new customer. You did allow me to make a bank transfer as I was as waiting for my new card.
The price is great. The lad on the phone, I could hear him as he thought I put the phone down and he sighed heavily as though he was bored. But all in all great. Highlighting these things to help not to complain.

Amazing human help
It was so heartening to be able to speak to a very helpful customer service agent. He was very kind and patient as I needed a number of different questions answered.
I’ve been approached by various companies offering to give me a better quote - but I’ve no intention of moving my business.
