Great service! My parcel was not delivered to my home as I was not home at the time. However Jesse made an extra effort to get my parcel redelivered rather than my having to take time off work to collect it from the couriers depot.
This was most appreciated.

The Gotchyou website provided a very detailed verbal description of the product and the accompanying photographs provided detailed images of the product from different angles with the opportunity to zoom in on detail. The checkout procedure was very easy to understand and was quick. It was great to know that shipping was free because there were no unexpected costs. Following payment I was provided with a confirmation email and also tracking details. The company uses FedEx and they were very fast with delivery ahead of the expected schedule.The product was exactly as described. I would happily recommend the Gotchyou company for anyone interested in quality products and service.
