Ordered lots of times now online using H2O and never had an issue so thought it was time to leave a review. Nearly all my orders have gone without a hitch, the one time an item was out of stock they contacted me straight away and gave me the option of a refund, change to another product or wait until the stock had arrived in the uk and then received from their supplier with an approximate timeframe, which I opted for as I really wanted this item. This was sent out with no chasing of H2O required as I knew they would send as soon as they had. They always send items quickly and well packed using a reliable courier.

Terrible quality live rock and rude staff.
Bought a few kilos of supposed “ultra quality live rock” from them and recieved a box full of dull grey lumps, check google reviews for pics. Paid near enough £50 for what was supposed to be beautiful bubbly and covered in corraline algae as In their website pics.... What I got might as well have been dead base rock. Grey, devoid of any life or colour? Seriously not fit for display purposes..
I left a message on their Facebook about my disappointment and was greeted with a phone call demanding I remove my comment and that If i did so they would send out new rock. Well I did so and they didn’t.. I’ve not heard back from them since... and they’ve blocked me from re reviewing the purchase!? rude rude rude and really terrible live rock. Check the google reviews pics. Ultra grade? You’d get better in a Southend rockpool.
