Terrific response to questions
The managing director responded to my request for a broader range of color in the product with a promise to try to improve by the end of the next quarter. She also provided detailed information about security in response to my question about site security.
Most impressive, the managing director responded to a complaint I did not make. She noted that the longevity of the products I had purchased did not meet the company's standards and committed to look into the manufacturing standards with the goal of improving longevity.
Last but not least, she sent out multiple products at no cost as a thanks for my comments. Truly extraordinary customer service!
I find that this product is much better than any of its competitors, and worth paying a little more for. Now I find that the customer service is superlative.

We apologize for the confusion with your "Try Me!" Pack purchase. It is something new we are trying and are in learning curve about what to offer inside each. The "Try Me!" Packs are intended to give a couple different styles and sizes so people can try different types on at great prices. A way to "test" the HairZing concept affordably.
The Medium size you received work on Thick hair, but only for sections. For example, pulling your bangs back, Half Up Half Down's, and small top buns or partial ponytails, but won't hold ALL your thick hair up. However, the Large Banana Comb holds tons of thick heavy hair in one banana. It's a best seller too.
Would love to "make this right" and have you wandering around looking amazing wearing your hair up! We will happily send you out another Large Banana comb to replace the 2 Mediums you don't think you can wear. You could try the Mediums for sections of hair, and if they aren't for you, could be gifted to someone you think might get daily use out of them.
Please let us know if that would be a great solution for you. If not, we will also take the set back and give you a full refund. No problem. As a small family owned business since 2006, we genuinely want you happy. Either way, we will get it handled on Friday after the holiday.

I placed an order for 2 of the clips. But one was big bc they didn't have the small in stock. But, they did send me the same one in a different color plus the larger size. I actually got 3. I was really happy with my purchase and made sure I got what I wanted!!! Thank you so much!!! Love them!!!

This is the real deal!! All other hair combs from other companies/chain stores fall apart or are plastic! Stick with Hairzing and you won’t be disappointed (and no, I’m not a bot I am a consumer who bought cheaper knock offs only to realize you get what you pay for!!!). The service was excellent
The service was excellent, fast delivery and great communication. But the website is very confusing for selecting the “stretch banana clip” colors. I ordered the “copper cord and bead” thinking the cord wrap would be copper colored and the cord wrap was black. The beads were copper but I thought the whole appearance would be copper and brighter. I was disappointed with this but the combs are well made and beautiful. Better pictures of all the combs in the single purchase link would be much more helpful as I would have ordered more. Now I am hesitant because I’m not sure of the colors.
Overall I am happy with my experience!

My order was incomplete and incorrect. I called and emailed customer service several times and have yet to receive a response. I’m very disappointed.
