Super fast delivery and great quality product. I ordered my good on a Tuesday and received my order the next day. Delivery driver was so respectful and considerate, helped me put away the order in my front garden. I can’t fault this company in any way. I’m so glad I went with them after a google search.

Everything was good
Everything was good, a few long lengths were warped (maybe the recent heat) only reason for not 5 stars.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, communication was fantastic, and any enquiries I had were answered promptly. I placed a large order for fencing materials, which was delivered the very next day. The driver was also very polite and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this company. I would have given 5 stars, but the only downside was that I needed a small top-up of materials and had to spend £100+ plus pay another delivery charge. As a repeat customer, perhaps this could have been avoided.
Overall, a great experience and I would happily use them again.

I placed an order on Monday morning and…
I placed an order on Monday morning and received my order for eight green close-board fence panels the following day. The delivery driver said he was to leave them on the kerb side and informed me that he was not permitted to bring them to my house as I reside down a pathway rather than the road. When I explained that I am a single mother and unable to transport them myself, he suggested I assist him in carrying them down. I found this unprofessional but it was the only way I could get them to my house. The fences are well-made and very sturdy. I am very pleased with them and intend to order more. I hope that next time there will be two delivery men and I will not have to bring them to my house myself as I then had to carry all 8 through my house to my garden after.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We're really pleased to hear that your order arrived the following day and that you're happy with the quality and sturdiness of the fence panels.
We would just like to clarify that all of our deliveries are kerbside, which is standard practice within the industry. Our deliveries are also made by a single driver, which allows us to keep our delivery costs as low as possible for our customers.
We're glad that on this occasion our driver was able to help you carry the panels further than the kerbside. However, any additional assistance is entirely at the driver's discretion and unfortunately isn't something we can guarantee or rely upon for future deliveries.
As you're looking to order more panels from us, we'd kindly recommend arranging for someone to be at the property who can assist with moving the panels from the kerbside to your house if you're unable to do so yourself.
Thank you again for your order and your kind comments about our fencing. We really appreciate your custom and look forward to supplying you again.
Kind regards,
The Halcyon Timber Team

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. Receiving the wrong items and then having difficulty getting the issue resolved is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We'd really like the opportunity to look into this and get things sorted for you. Please contact our team with your order details and we'll investigate this as a priority.
