Very good materials
Very good materials, no much damage when delivered.
But the contact number online isn't working, email through the online "email button" isn't working. Basically can't get updates after purchase.
Request for call me before arrival during can't call through the customer service, but the driver didn't call and a little bit rude .
It delivered at 5th working days, it is a little bit long, specially when can't get any update information. Really recommend to make customers service numbers working.
Over all. I am happy with the purchase.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.
After reviewing your order, it was placed for a postcode outside of our delivery area. As soon as this was identified, the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued immediately from our side.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times, which may explain the delay you experienced.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Delivery was late
Delivery was late . It was moved back a day and then came at the end of the nextday rather than being prioritised. Have not been able to carry out work when needed due to this.

We do our best to manage orders as quickly as possible, but on very busy periods delays can unfortunately occur due to driver availability and routing constraints.

Poor quality
From 50 pieces i only use around 40 as the rest were broken.
The delivery driver was very rude and grumpy , he left everything at 07:00 am in front of back garden door without saying anything and he left .
