So Hama "Home" App!

installiert! Neues Update vor einiger Zeit! Ich soll "Heimregionen" , "Zimmer, Wohnungen und so weiter einreichten!

Ich habe eine (nur eine "Bescheidene" Steckdose) gekauft Steckdose von Norma" ... Die App musste ich installieren! Verstehe ich ja noch!

Die Steckdose ist für den Garten!

In einem Monat wo ich vieleicht 10-20 mal die Steckdose an oder ausgeschaltet habe. sind 171 MB an Daten (wahrscheinlich nach China" abgeflossen!

Eine App, die nur wissen will, wann ich mein Wasser aus und einschalte! Warum so viele "Online Daten??"

Wenn ich einschalten will, benötigt die App Zugriff auf fast alles! Warum? Ich will nur eine Steckdose einschalten und wieder aus!

Was schließt die Datenmenge ein in einem Monat?? 171 MB!

Was wird abgerufen???? Wenn selbst pro Einschaltung der Steckdose wie gesagt wir "An" Oder "Aus"! Wie kommen so viele Megabytes zu Stande?

Zum Schluss. Ich muss immer rennen, weil Die App nichts findet... obwohl alles Freigegen war! BlueTooth, WLAN! ..

Also um eine "Bescheidene" Steckdose an und aus zu machen ist man besser bedient! Kaufe einen Schalter für 3 Euro! Ein Kabel für 10 Euro! ... Verbinde alles!
Und Du kannst Dir den ganzen China Mist Schenken!

Hama hat mal wirklich gute Sachen gemacht!

Aber eben Heute leider nicht mehr!

Probably the worst speaker stand I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Plastic, unstable and just generally a very poor product.

Ich habe mir für 5 CHF einen USB Lüfter geholt. Die Qualität ist mittelmässig, sonst funktioniert jedoch alles und ich bin dennoch zufrieden. In Punkto Verpackung bin ich jedoch enttäuscht. Die Verpackung besteht aus 90% aus Plastik. Ich wünsche mir eine Umstellung von Hama.

This company processes claims under the 'lifetime warranty' for Koss Porta Pro headphones in the UK. My experience runs as follows:

25th Feb - Posted headphones to Hama and paid their 'handling fee' via bank transfer
28th Feb - Receipt of headphones confirmed. Advised that they are "currently out of stock" but will be sent within a couple of weeks
22nd Mar - I email to ask about the status of the order. Receive no reply
30 Mar - I email again. Receive a reply stating that the item is still due "within a couple of weeks"
11 Apr - Receive another email stating that it will now be a "couple of months" before my order is processed.

I'm not stupid enough to expect a different outcome in two months' time, so I'm now left needing to go through Trading Standards and/or court to recover my costs.

I advise avoiding dealing with this company unless you have the time and patience to go through the above.

I bought a Hama mount (2A118108) for a flatscreen. A selling point was that Hama actually included some decent rawl plugs (instead of the "usual" crappy low-material ones)...
However that advantage is annihilated by the fact that they manged to find the most useless "screws" I've ever encountered! I had two of them break 5-10mm before they even touced the mounting plate! I've decided four "screws" will do (even though they are probably not what any engineer would define as "steel") - but I really hate the fact, that the plugs/scrap metal is now permanently embedded in the wall! :-(
Bottom line: I don't trust the "German" brand anymore. It is the way of the world to save cost by buying Chinese parts - but in my humble opinion, any decent brand should also have a quality assurance department to make sure the customers don't get crap! Hama fails there - so I'd recommend replacing the screws if you do buy flat screen wall mounts from them...

PS: I've contacted Hama that seems to think I've messed up - and gives the impression that they have no intention of testing their "screws" (I'd personally call them "useless scrap metal" before fasteners! ;-)... So no comfort for other future customers there! :-O

Good and quality products, I bought computer mouse, and it works well. Especially if we compare with cheap mouses, which sometimes can freeze your operational system, Linux, for example.
