Hammock Barn Avis 

Rubbish customer service. Purchase went OK, but once the money was sitting safely in his bank, delivery went astray. I asked the hammock & stand to be delivered 3 weeks later which was agreed. So guess what? - they arrived at my door the very next day. I had to refuse the delivery and after a struggle, the courier agreed to return them back to Hammock Barn.

3 weeks later, no confirmation that the order was being sent out. No courier information, no tracking number. I emailed Hammock Barn asking for these. The only reply I got was that the order ‘should’ be with me that day. So would it? Or would it not? Again I asked for the name of the courier and the tracking number. No reply. I asked again. No reply.

I also requested for the order to be shipped by a particular courier which in my experience gives exemplary service. That was also ignored.

I will not be ordering from this person again.

We had a minor hitch with the order but as soon as I contacted Hammock Barn they resolved it extremely quickly and I received my order the next day. Product is very good quality and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Ordered a Golbo swing Chair cover. Was delivered in super quick time. Fits really well and is holds up to the bad rain we have been having. Very pleased with it.

Product researched and ordered from Hammock Barn. It arrived swiftly with no problems. My husband set it up and it is now sitting firmly on my balcony and being enjoyed - my middle grandson was so comfortable he fell asleep. Good sturdy hammock stand and nice hammock swing. Recommended.
