John has been excellent to deal with
John has been excellent to deal with. There were difficulties with supply due to the manufacturer, but John kept us fully updated. He provided options, and he refunded our order with assurance he would reserve stock on the next manufacturer delivery. True to his word, we now have a large hammock frame, the delivery was excellent and it is a great quality product. Just waiting for the sun to return.
