Excellent service and great hammock. Very pleased

The hammock is a gift so hasn't been opened yet. But the purchase and delivery were all spot on!

Arrived super fast! We love our Taurus swinging chair frame and padded swinging seat. Our only disappointment was the carabiners that came with the frame were far too small for the thick rope hooks on our swinging chair. We’ve improvised with some strong metal hooks we found in my toolbox, but wouldn’t have been able to attach the chair without these.

After researching several designs and companies I selected Hammock Barn and I am so pleased that I did. Delivery was fast and on time and the Hammock and Stand were easy to assemble, sturdy and are excellent quality. This was a surprise gift for my wife due to our holiday being cancelled and she is so pleased; loves relaxing and sleeping in it, it’s so comfortable.

Although the hammock arrived damaged - this was very quickly and efficiently rectified and a replacement sent with no problem. The furniture is to a very high quality and well worth the extra cost.
