I needed to replace a broken handle on one of our uPVC windows. Being very green on this type of repair, I googled for suppliers and up popped H&H. I found their website easy to navigate and full of useful information. However, I was still needing reassurance that my window system is "espag". So, I took photos and emailed them on Bank Holiday Monday. The very next day I received an email from Rebecca at H&H confirming my system type, and reassurance that their range of inline espag handles would fit my windows. Two were ordered the same day and they arrived the very next day. Both units were of high quality and easy to fit. I'd do business again with this firm and I'd heartily recommend them to friends and family.

After placing my order Donna followed up to ensure I'd ordered the correct matching handles - it turned out I hadn't! She selected the correct option for me and I got a significant refund as a result. The order arrived promptly and very well packaged.I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for something a cut above the rest.

I initially contacted Handles and Hinges by sending a photo of a lockable window handle with a missing key. As it was 20 years old I didn't expect much, but they came right back with an identification! I ordered a key plus a replacement for a different handle which were delivered. There was a very small issue with the handle so I contacted H&H again via their chat facility and they immediately sent me the small plastic screw cover. The measure of a company is how they deal with problems and in my case the service was excellent. I'll use H&H again.

Donna was extremely helpful when I submitted a photo of my double glazing window handle to find a key. She told me it could be one of two keys. I ordered one of each and returned the one that didn't work for an exchange, so I now have a spare. A very fast service on Donna's part. The post office slowed the process down.

Donna from Handles and Hinges went above and beyond to help me with the replacement of a letter box. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and her customer service was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Donna and the team at Handles and Hinges!

Called in to the Trade Counter today with My UPVC lock which is full length of the door, the guy just took it from me worked on it for 10 minutes and said its fixed, I went in to buy a new one, He didnt charge me a penny, He may have lost money but to me thats something i will remember and always use them in the future, If there where more stars He would get them. Massive Thanks.

Ordered 70metres of gaskets to replace the mouldy ones in my home. The sample pack is a great way to make sure you get the correct ones.
Ordered what I needed with the tools and arrived on time. Great service and very highly recommended.

I bought new handles from them and they fit perfectly. One of the plastic covers was missing and I phoned them to let them know. It was in the post and delivered the next day. No charge no problem. Quality service

I choose wedge gaskets from sample pack which is good quality and size , I was shocked when I received 41 meter of wedge gaskets , smaller and worse quality!
Sample pack and actual order is not the same products!

Very happy with my handles, a lady at the company phoned me to check my order as I had made a schoolboy error in ordering. She spotted it and after ringing me sorted it out. Handle is a perfect match I fitted it in about a minute!

Excellent service. Replied to my query about which product I needed within 15 minutes, dispatched same day, good quality product. Uses a proper courier (DHL) for deliveries.

Bag of expensive Samples cost £7 - none of which are labelled so v. difficult to match up with website product SKU - this resulted in delays for me. Co. said I should have sent them back chosen sample for them to send out the right one - more delays - because of my initial error I ended up paying twice - this would not have happened if they had labelled them in the first place! Just bad customer experience - sort it out! Leaving a poor review on their website didnt work either!

Amazing service. Sent in a photo of the UPVC window lock because I couldn't find it on their website and first thing the next morning they emailed me with the part needed.

Part of the key set I ordered was out of stock but a lady I spoke to was really helpful offered to send what was available and the remainder would follow as soon as it was back in stock as we had no keys at all to be able to open/unlock the windows . In the end it all came at the same time. Somehow all 3 keys unlock the windows so we're all set again! Thank you for looking after us so well!!

Sent in a picture of a window lock that to me had no identifying features and within half an hour had a reply with the key that I required. Replacement key posted same day and was a perfect match.
