Handy Candy is one of the longest established, online sweet companies in the world, starting all the way back in 2004, when only a handful of comic book freaks knew what the Marvel Universe was and Jeff Bezos was only worth a few million dollars!
Our speciality is our luxury themed Gift Boxes and Sweet Hampers, packed with a huge array of old fashioned sweets, retro favourites and classic chocolate. We are particularly proud of our commitment to the environment. All our packaging is 100% plastic free, our sweet jars are reusable glass Kilner jars, and our Pick & Mix pouches and weigh out sweet bags are biodegradable. Plus a percentage of every purchase at Handy Candy via Stripe will go towards Carbon removal projects around the world.

I have checked your order and you did not select express delivery - you actually placed an order to go to Hungary via airmail which takes 10-14 days as per the service you selected. It is currently the 6th day since your order was despatched.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We do indeed process orders from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - we also often have order processing teams in at evenings and weekends to keep up with demand. Our cut off for next day delivery though, as clearly advertised, is 2pm. You placed your order at 8.37pm on a Friday evening which is over 6 hours later than our cut off time therefore was despatched on the next available working day and successfully delivered the following day.
