They care about their customers if we have any problems with delivery or if the milk been nicked they replace it straight away

The milk comes on time and when you phone to cancel orders for holidays they are always very friendly and helpful

I contacted Hanover Dairies because I wanted to reduce the amount of plastic I was using and their milk is delivered in the old style glass bottles. The deliveries are dependable (thanks to Josh) and via their website managing changes to my order is easy too.

Great service all round, love the options beyond milk. No issues at all.

A door-to-door salesperson knocked and opened with “Hi, I’m selling milk,” without introducing himself or the company. I politely said I wasn’t interested. He then offered a discount, and when I declined again, he muttered something rude and in a disrespectful way and walked off.

Not interested right now doesn’t mean not interested forever — but with that attitude I won’t even consider your services further. His attitude reflects poorly on your product and company/brand. If this is the standard of service, I’m grateful not to be a customer!

A word of advice: Be mindful of how you approach people and whose door you knock on. Respect goes a long way.

They keep their promises, milk order is always delivered no matter what the weather, I can contact them and speak to a person,

I love getting gold cap milk delivered to my door again and even though we have a ring video doorbell the milkman seems to be some sort of ninja and like Christmas morning as a kid the milk is magically on the step the next morning with no notification anyone had delivered it.

Our milkman, Luke, never lets us down. Milk and eggs regular as clockwork. Excellent servic.

As with many sites these days the chatbot was a waste of time. No apparent phone number on the website, one more wage packet saved I guess.
Website said didn't deliver to my new address, which is literally 300 yards round the corner from the old one.
Eventually got through to an email address. Not what would call customer service but this seems to be the norm these days.
