Olivia is the best, relieved a top it was too big got it changed no bother the customer service here is amazing but I would absolutely love for a little shop to go buy in person let's hope as the company grows!!

Amazing company
Amazing company - my work recently ordered the same scrubs for all of the staff, embroidered with our practice name and our own names. When they arrived mine were too big, and of course couldn't be returned as they'd been embroidered (sizing my fault, not happy threads!). I went online to order more, in the correct size. The time line for embroidery said 3-4 weeks but I needed them asap as everyone else was already wearing theirs. I emailed Olivia in customer services and she couldn't have been more helpful. She said she'd contact the sewing team and ask them to put a rush on the order. I ordered on the 5th of Feb and received my order yesterday, on the 10th of Feb. They are absolutely perfect. I'm so impressed with happy threads - I've always bought my scrub tops there, since starting my current nursing role, and they have been nothing but professional and great quality. Thanks so much again, Olivia and team and well done
