Work In Style Avis 431

I ordered my uniform through Work In Style, which works in partnership with my university.
I clearly ordered size 30 trousers and size 34-33 shirts. What I received was completely incorrect:
The trousers are extremely oversized (around size 23–24 / nearly 2 metres long).
The shirts are labelled size 40, yet the packaging says 30 and 34, which makes no sense.
On top of this, my ID badge was not sent at all. After paying again for the badge weeks later, I was sent someone else’s ID badge, which is a serious mistake.
At this point, this no longer feels like a simple error but systematic negligence or intentional mishandling. The quality of the uniform is also very poor.
The main issue is that the shirts and ID badge carry the university logo, meaning I cannot purchase replacements elsewhere and am completely dependent on this supplier.
This is unacceptable for a company supplying students for clinical placements. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Truly impressed by this brand. I’m a student a bought a few items. They arrived very quickly and the quality is great. They wash really well which is super important, they stay white and looking new even after months or wear and washes

Poor quality pieces - do not order. Terrible customer service - did not even answer the phone with the business name. Put me on hold with no warning, sounded like she has no clue what she was doing.
Poor administration processes. Slow delivery. AVOID

Hi I have placed an order over a week ago now and emailed twice the company. I have only received email conformation of purchase but no tracking number. I need the uniforms by Monday 10 am as leaving for work away - bought 4 tops and 2 trousers. Its Thursday night and received no reply from the company (emailed twice - through online form and email). I have been away last week so there is a slim chance that its been delivered and left somewhere to pick up but no information has been left regarding it. I am stressed now as I need it urgently and its too late to order from other company. Would appreciate any information regarding my order...

Update: I do apologise for my review! It is different company. I do apologise again. I have no experience with work in style but will definitely try!

Placed an order on the 19th. 3 tops and trousers each, and all were available. Now it’s the 26th with no updates on the order. I don’t know if they accepted it or not, but I know that the money was taken straight away out of my bank account. I will give it until Monday if no news then will cancel.

Update: after putting my review on here I had an email saying my package is ready for collection, mind you it’s DPD. I had no information before this, no tracking number or alert for pick up.

Perfect scrubs with quick delivery

Terrible service, they constantly send the wrong things out and send you the wrong sizings, then try and blame you for the problem. Wish I could avoid them

What a great company their website is easy to find what you need.Prices are good for the quality of the clothing just by the feel of items you can tell they will last. I ordered the wrong size to start with but no problem all it took was 3 days from sending items back to receiving replacements all hassle free I shall definitely be using again.

Scrub tops are very comfortable. Nice colours and the extra pockets are very handy

Ordered 2 scrub tops and 2 pairs trousers, unfortunately didn't fit so organised a return which was actually quite easy. However, upon recieving my return they are trying to say one top is missing, which I explained was put in the return by myself all items were returned. Ruth's customer service is well below what is expected and actually quite rude. I have asked to deal with a manager to which I have had no response and then a further email to say I will only be refunded for 3 out of 4 returned items.
The returns department need to recheck and I would like this looking into as ALL items were sent back the problem is at work in Styles end not mine.
