Awful customer service on returns.
Boots I ordered were absolutely massive. I emailed them as I hadn’t realised it was only 14 days returns from ORDERING to return. Even though it looks like the legal requirement for companies is to allow 14 from Receiving the products.
They will not let me return them even though i emailed them within 14 days of ordering.
I was going to purchase a smaller size but now I’m just so disappointed.

Fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company, quality products at affordable prices. Communication is excellent and delivery is fast. Hard Yakka is my new favourite brand, their Banjo work boots are the comfiest I have tried.

Issue with order
Was buying hard yakka for like 4 years, my recent trousers had no stretch and are really uncomfortable. Ordered a size up from the ones I was wearing at the time and they didn’t fit? Emailed them and got a generic unhelpful reply! (Edit-they contacted me and sent me a new pair of trousers. Much appreciated)

These are fantastic work boots
These are fantastic work boots, i have been looking for steel toe cap slip on boots for a long time and these fit like a glove, extremely comfortable once they are broken in which did not take that long, warm and not heavy, i have purchased a second pair and keeping them back until i have worn these out although they are showing no signs of wear. i would be happy to stock these and retail them, a great product.

so squishy
These boots are amazingly comfortable and sturdy! I was dreading having to wear safety boots for work but I actually sometimes forget to take them off before going home! I just wish they also came in a lighter brown..
